These are very nicely made shoes and very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, I need a lot of support, and these just don't have it. No arch support, and the strap can't be tightened enough to keep them on my feet securely. Sorry to have to return them

These are very cute and comfy shoes, but the pictures are misleading. In one picture, the toe looks more pointed, and in another, it looks rounded. The toe is actually quite round, and I like a pointier toe, so I am returning.

Rounded toe is great since I have bunions and hammer toes. Felt comfortable when first tried on. Have been able to wear most Rieker pumps with ankle straps. Now I just need a reason to wear these shoes during the pandemic. I have actually been living in sneakers ?

Comfortable shoes, very soft, ready to wear straight from the box. Velcro closure is a big plus. Shoes felt about half size too large, I am sending them back for a smaller size, hopefully they will be more comfortable.

I have terrible feet but have been on a worldwide search for low heels that I can wear professionally and for dress. I initially missed these Riekers (although Riekers always fit in size 38) because, until these, all of the Rieker heels I have found have been brown - a contrasting color to the shoe, making the shoe more casual. Great news now though - both this shoe and the Rieker 41773 are dressier - heel matching the shoe, but just as comfortable as usual. Ordered them both, tried them both, and I am thrilled to keep them both. Rieker - please keep making this dressier heel!

Very nice looking shoes, soft, comfortable as most of the styles by Rieker. Unfortunately, Zappos didn't have my size, so I get half-size smaller, in hope they might fit, but no luck- they were little too tight , I have to return them.
