Extremely durable work boot, great for this mechanic, no signs of peeling parts now 4 months in. I added my own insole on top so can't speak to the stock level of support. Mine are large, I bought / am typically a 9 but could have gone for 8.5 easily.

The fit, sizing and comfort of this boot are great. They feel like a tennis shoe and make being on your feet all day much less painful on your body than a more rugged boot. Unfortunately the lightweight sole that makes this possible does not hold up. The tread itself is very thin for a work boot and is not solid. There looks to be some sort of cutout pattern above the tread to lighten/add flexibility to the sole. This creates a weakness in the design that causes the sole to split right above the ball of the foot where the sole flexes. This is completely unacceptable for a boot that costs $155. I've owned many shoes that wear through the sole and don't split. I'm only 155 lbs and work inside, so if you weigh more and are outside on rough terrain then they will probably split even quicker. They lasted me approx 6 months.
