SoftWalk Alcon gives your plenty of width. I am extremely flat footed and would have like a bit of a higher arch support than what the Alcon provides. Although, the Alcon arch is comparable and may surpass what many other brands of shoes give in the way of support. I stand on my feet all day at work and my feet tend to swell a little but the Alcons gave me enough room and support that my legs and feet were not tired or achy. I am not impressed with the pattern. The Alcon's seemed a bit to casual with dress slacks but went great with yoga pants or black jeans. Alcon's have the look and comfort of walking shoes but the ease of sliders. I would purchase these again.

These are cute and comfy, but could be improved by having a sole that wasn't so slippery and using a color other than dark brown as trim.

Better looking than in picture-pretty, vibrant colors go well with brown toe and bottom. Very nicely cushioned. Top by elastic is quite high so will not hurt that part of your foot. For me, the heel height is an issue, causing my toes down into the tip, where they hit. Didn't notice arch support, but was focused on toe box. Must return.

Wonderful cushion! Better by far that SAS, Propet, Easy Spirit or Soft Style Jamila clogs, all of which I've tried in the past month. 8WW is a little long on me, but I measure at 7.5. The heel height forces my toes into the tip where my big toes hit-not comfortable. Also, an inside seam noticeably rubs on the outside of my little toe-a potential sore spot. Still, I'm ordering sz 7.5WW because it's hard to find a wide enough shoe and the CUSHION IS SO AWESOME! p.s. don't know abt arch support-would mark as that but it's not one of the options so left at "moderate".

Light, comfy, too small. Great-feeling shoe - instantly comfortable but the 7 I ordered for my mother (and tried on myself!) was a half-size small. The fabric is a little distracting, but would be great with black jeans. Sending them back reluctantly.

I'm giving these three stars because they would look good with jeans and seem to be solidly made and sturdy. They also fit very well--I'm a size 12 and often find the 12s are still too short from from to back. No overhang on the heel, here. If not for that, I'd give them 1 star for reasons mentioned in some of the other reviews. But let me gather the complaints I agree with in one place for you. 1. There is a seam running from the gusset that feels like it's made of wood. Seriously, it is so thick and hard. It rubs against my pinkie toe painfully. Further, although the top looks like it would be somewhat stretchy, in fact it has very little to zero give, making the shoes too tight and I doubt they will stretch to ease that rubbing for this reason. 1A. That gusset has very little give ... might as well not even be there. 2. The bottoms are ridiculously slippery, coated with something like felt or I don't know what. If you look at the bottom in zoom view this is not obvious--in fact it looks like they have a texture that just isn't there. 3. The toe box is super hard and uncomfortable, and because there's a heel your toes push right up against the front--very uncomfortable. 4. I see some reviewers liked the cushion and yes, it is soft, but it is also covered with these weird bumps that were annoying to me. I have learned my lesson over the years: Shoes that start out uncomfortable might stretch out a little, but they never transform into perfect shoes no matter how much you wish and hope they will. Wanted to love them but back they go!

I thought they would be more comfortable then they are but I still ended keeping them. They don't feel as secure on my feet like most clogs. The bottoms have a felt type of cloth on the bottoms that make them super slippery on wood floors. I wear them outside mostly. I thought they were kinda cute looking and a bit different.

I haven’t worn them yet, as it’s still hot summer where I live. But to get Zappo’s to quit nagging me ?? I’ll say that I really like the look. When I tried them on in my living room, they felt good. I had to return my normal size and order a half size larger.

The material was soft. I have to have a wide width due to swelling and the width was just right. Don't order WW unless you have a wide foot. I am keeping them. I liked the footbed all but the heel. It is rather hard but the shoe itself was still comfortable to me. It is not dressy but I was looking for a casual shoe.

One of the very few shoes in this style that comes in narrow so I was very excited. The fit is ok. Alas, there is an inner seam running across the metatarsal that is very, very uncomfortable. I have bony feet with not much padding so this is a real problem for me.

Fit was good but sole was dangerously slippery even inside on non slippery floors.

it is a very nice shoe but for me it was too wide. i would have kept them if they were a little slimmer.

Love them, very comfy. One problem though, if you have hardwood floors they are very slippery due to part of the sole being embedded with a rug like texture. This textured part is great on carpets, no slippage whatsoever, on wood floors on the other hand........ be careful.

I guess I have WIDE feet, because I bought the 7.5 ww and it is a little snug at my pinky tow and big toe knuckles. I am hoping they will stretch w/use. The arch is mild, but there was not selection for that. The size is true to length. The style makes my feet look smaller, which (now that I know I am a WW+), it is a good thing. When I first put them on, they kind of slide around the floor, so the bottom needs to be scuffed a little. I love SoftWalk shoes, and have several pairs, so I am hoping when I break them in, it will be perfect. At first fit, it is a little uncomfortable. But I wanted a pair of clogs I could just slip on for casual wear. This fits the bill in style and color, and hopefully fit!

I liked these but they were just too wide. I had to return but may reorder in a medium width.

Unfortunately for those with orthotics, the rear of the shoe has no lip, so orthotics slip out. Returned.

I tried these in both a 7 and a seven and a half. Seven too small and the other too large. I have never bought Softwalk but they seem nicely padded and true to their name...Just not for me..

I have a very narrow foot and these mules did not fit tight enough. Probably fine for someone whose foot is not as narrow.

Although this mule fits like the 11D I ordered, it has an odd feel and my feet sweat. Also, it rubs on my little toe on both feet, and I've never had that happen with a shoe before. I am returning them.

These felt like wearing a carboard box and I am having to return them. Very uncomfortable and the toe box was unusually tight.
