The zipper gets annoying because there is a piece of fabric that holds it together, it doesn't bother me too much but overall great product. I do happen to own another pair of north face snow boots which I LOVE! I bought these to add some variety.

So far I've used them twice in a little bit of snow, but worn them walking around work all day. They are comfortable and are higher than the original North Face zip up winter boots I had. They're also cute with the fur on top so look nicer than winter boots. I also like the side zip as opposed to the back zip of my old ones.

Bought these for my daughter and she is waiting on the snow to try these out but loved the look and fit.

It was too small and even though I bought it a little bigger size. I recommand to buy 1-2 size bigger :)

I purchased these as a replacement for boot I purchased 7 years ago. I loved the quality of my last pair and was looking for a comparable replacement. They aren't the same as my old boots I loved in regard to comfort and warmth but are getting the job done. I feel like they are in need of some breaking in. I have used them so far for tromping in the snow and out and about running errands in MN.

Walk in cold, snow, slush, water...etc

The boots are very comfortable and true to size. The zipper is a bit balky but I am hopeful that it will zip better with use.

I will use them in the winter

Based on other reviews I wasn't sure these would work out but I ordered a half size up from my usual 7 & they seem to fit perfectly, both my feet & ankles. Can't speak to how they'll do in winter yet but they're very soft & comfy so looking forward to some cold weather.

Rain boots but not looking like ones, versatile in cold weather not just for raining or snowing

It was a bit of nitemare. size 6-1/2 ordered and too tight so ordered a 7. 7 also snug. returned and ordered a 7-1/2 and it arrived a size 10 mens boot. was glad boot still available and they shipped 7-1/2 . Staff at store was very good. have both jackets and boots and happy with product

Only issue I have is that the zipper feels like it gets stuck.

These boots are both comfortable and warm. They also look great. The zipper is a little hard to use, but I am hoping it will loosen a little with time.

I got these boots just in time for the 2018 Sub zero temp. In the northeast. My toes got a little cold but overall My feet were warm. I have two issues with the boots. Because I have wide feet I had to order 1/2 size bigger which allowed for the cold to reach my toes. I also have difficulty zipping them up. Maybe that will change as I break them in.

Am an expert skier and spend a lot of time in the snow going to and from the mountain. Purchased these to slip on and off. The zipper is problematic but the boot itself is not warm. I've worn these several months and am so disappointed.

Great boots

I love the look of these boots and was really excited to get them. However, after a few quick test wears around the house, I knew I had to return them. There simply was not enough room for my calf in these boots. I am a small framed woman and do not have big calves. I had read in other reviews that women had complained about the boot being too tight around the calf, but I am small and did not think this would happen to me. Overall, the boot was too tight on my calf and very uncomfortable. There is no way I could have tucked my jeans into the boot, which is what I usually do. Also, the zipper was VERY hard to zip, even when the boot was not on my foot. Very disappointing, this could have been an awesome boot.

Cute boots, however they seem to run really small around the calf area. Can't even zip them up and I do not have large calves

So sorry to have to return these boots:(! I absolutely loved them-cozy, comfortable, fit perfectly. But the tread on the bottom was so slippery it was dangerous. I had to go back to my old Northface boots to walk .I am hoping my pair was an anomaly (bought the grey/purple pair on sale xmas '18), but if not, that Northface fixes the bottom material as the boot is so comfortable, I'd buy again with better tread.

I was so excited when I found these boots, but very disappointed after I received them and tried them on. Though they do seem to fit true to size, there is a very uncomfortable pinching at the back of the ankle due to what seems like too much padding inside the boot. They are also very clunky and not comfortable to walk in. The pros are they are cute and warm, but definitely not worth the discomfort.

I wear a size 9, which were too small, my toe hit the front of the boot. I really like the style so ordered a size 9 1/2 however my heel kept slipping out of the back, which I felt could cause a blister.
