They look and fit great. I just hope I can keep them clean/white for some time. People notice 'em.

I've been desperate to find a good court shoe since ASICS ruined their tennis line by changing the toe box and material. I thought, what the heck, I'll give this low-end volleyball shoe a try, and I have to say I'm very pleased. They're light and provide decent support, and even though I thought the bottom would wear out quickly, they've shown good durability for my 2-3 times per week of play on hard courts. They're not going to last as long as a pair of Resolutions, but for the price they're good. They remind me a lot of my old favorite, the Gel Game 2, so I'm very pleased. I will say the run slightly roomy, so don't upsize, and maybe be prepared to wear heavy socks. You might even try to go down a half size. (I swap out for my custom orthotic insert.) So, if you're disappointed in the changes to the ASICS tennis line, and you don't need a high-performance shoe for competition, you might want to give the Upcourt 2 a try. I did, and I'm glad I did (and you cannot beat the price).

Not bad especially for the price. I would have liked it to have a bit more support in the arches. If I could do it again, I would choose a different color than the white which is way to bright for me.

This is my seventh or eight pair of court shoes I bought and none of them are made for people with a high arch or wide toe bed (at my price point, which is below 100 bucks). This shoe felt cheap and felt uncomfortable on my foot (squeezing the top and sides of my foot.) I've given up trying to find a 'court' shoe to play pickleball.

I'm a woman whose go-to court shoe used to be the Asics Gel Rocket...until recent models of the normal-width shoe became very narrow. Comically narrow, in fact. So now I'm trying men's shoes as the width is more normal. This shoe fit my foot but has no arch support. I've added some Dr. Scholl's gel insoles but after about 6 months of wear I've had two bouts of plantar fascitis, which I've never had before. Never had this problem with several years of the Asics Gel Rockets. Asics seems to be making some of their shoes with minimal arch support (like this one) now and overall with much cheaper materials and construction. Why do shoe companies mess with a good thing?
