The boot was definitely smaller than every other size 12 shoe I’ve worn. That is the initial reason I’m returning the boots. The second reason which is equal enough reason as the first is because the material, faux leather makes it look like a cheap pair of roller skate boots. The biggest thing these boots have going is the light weight.

After ordering twice and returning both times due to defects (first pair had broken lace eyelets and second was missing a zipper pull) I am very unimpressed with the quality control on these boots. The second pair had also clearly been returned previously so I am equally unimpressed by Zappos quality control. I'm giving up on these boots which is a shame because I liked them otherwise.
