I really wanted to love these Jambus but the back is too high and rubbed against my heel. I even put a lift pad in them but it still hits a bad spot. I can't wear them. What a disappointment. Jambu has done something with their sizing. I have owned several pairs over the years. Now it seems that each shoe fits differently even it is consistent in size. I have tried 7 different pairs and none of them work for me. I guess I am out of luck.

I ordered these 1/2 size bigger than I usually do based on the reviews. Not for me, had to return and order my original size. Got them the next day, love them, fit perfectly, look great. Thanks Zappos.

These shoes are great. I wear them all summer, usually without socks. They start out feeling tight, but they loosen up the more you wear them.

Love the shoes but the back will rub blisters on your heel.

Cute shoe and comfortable once you get it on. It is cut high around the ankle and there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room to slip it on over the heel. Absolutely love the colors and the look, but I need something quicker to slip into.

I love the way these look and they are true to size (I wear a 7.5). However, the rubbing of my heel is a deal breaker for me. I've tried wearing these several times hoping they would soften up or my heel would toughen up, but to no avail. Sadly they will have to go back.

These are a really cute but not as comfortable as shoes half their price. As others have said they rub on the heel and cause some discomfort.

I really liked this shoe but may have to return. I originally ordered an 8.5 and then ordered a 9. Seems like the 8.5 is a little too small and the 9 is a little too big. The other problem is that the back tab goes up too high and hits where is could probably cause a blister. However, I would think if the shoe fits you spot on, you'd be good to go. You can put your own insole in it and that may work too for correct sizing and fit.

The shoe looks nice but was hard to get on as mentioned by another reviewer. it ran narrow on my wide foot and had little arch support.
