I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and the 7 fit me well with enough room for my toes not to be squished. These are gorgeous leather boots that have taken me through all sorts of rough backpacking terrain without slipping. I have weak ankles that roll easily, and these have great support to keep me from injuring myself on the trail. They are on the heavier side, but I think this is a fine trade off for the durability of the boot and protection provided to my feet.

Comfortable from the second I put them on. True to size. Can still wear heavy socks. Definitely on the heavier bulky side but they’re for backpacking & are supposed to be. Love em so far. Green color is perfect.

I have this boot in four colors, that’s how perfect they are. Arch support Is marvelous and the lace-up allows me to adjust exactly to my comfort. I wore them on a trip to Paris last April. I never noticed my feet getting tired or sore, even after walking 15-16 miles a day. By contrast, when I wore Dansko clogs to NYC, after 4 hours I’d have to return to our hotel and soak my feet before venturing out again. The cost may seem $$$, but how much is it worth to you to have blissfully supported, happy feet and ankles? These boots remarkably do all the work of walking/hiking for you and allow you to completely forget your feet all day. My red pair have a squeak which doesn’t bother me; my husband ONLY wears this boot because of foot issues.

These are way too heavy.

These are amazingly crafted heavy duty hiking/backpacking boots. They are beautiful and fit my size 8 medium width foot very well.

These are beautiful hiking boots, I gave them 4 stars because although they are beautiful they are pretty heavy :(
