This is a great looking bag! I bought this bag in black and have been using it for work. I get a lot of compliments! The leather is very matte, not as shiny as pictured. It does come with a dust bag. You will find it packaged inside, among the stuffing tissue. This bag is very structured and sturdy which will last a lifetime. This bag is HEAVY. It's heavy just being empty, so just imagine a bag with a 16 inch width and 3 main sections being filled with your stuff. This is not a bag for everyday wear, nor for a day when you'll be doing a lot of walking. Use it for professional meetings where you have to set it down for most of your day. The shoulder strap is a good length. I'm 5' 1" and I can actually wear it as a crossbody bag, just not while wearing a lot of thick layers. It drops to wear the top of the bag is at my waist. On my shoulder it drops to my hip. Overall it's a great looking bag, sleek and professional.
