Great shorts. I am 6 foot 150 pounds and ordered size small. I probably couldve gone with a medium but I like my shorts very slim. Very happy with these. Out of curiosity i measured the inseam to see if the other reviewer was correct. The inseam on the size small REGULAR trunk measures 6.5 inches.

Your information about the inseam on these shorts is misleading and inconsistent. Some colors say 5" some say 6" when they are really 7". Now have to send them back and i'm pissed off at your inaccuracy and putting me through this.

I hiked to a creek, walked 5 miles through a creek and hiked back, all while in these shorts.

Great swimming trunks. It causes the typical inner leg chaffing one gets after wearing them wet and dry over and over again at a water park. Painful at the end of a long day with a lot of walking. I'm not sure any manufacturer had actually solved this problem, so I won't be too hard on the The North Face.

The shorts fit great and are for an active lifestyle. They are breathable, water resistant, and quick drying. Great for camping and hiking.

I wear these shorts so much that people probably think I don't own other pairs. They are such a great deal for the price and the short inseam is fantastic! I love the material and the thick waistband. Overall outstanding shorts.

I purchased for my husband and he is really impressed with this swim suit. They fabric is nice and there was a rather large selection of prints/colors to choose from. He may even order another color. Great quality swim suit. True to size.

Nice option for lap swimming when I don't want to wear tight suit.

My teenage son, who the swim trunks are for, is a big North Face fan! He has several North Face coats/jackets/fleece pullovers. This is the first time we have purchased North Face swim trunks. My son thinks they are great! I love that they were on sale!

This is the best pair of swim shorts I have ever worn. Water repellant and very durable and supportive. I wear them for lap swimming and other working out at the gym 6 days a week. I defiantly recommend these.

XL was too small. I ordered an XXL it fits, I love it and will keep it. But I need to return the XL.

Bought these in a size small for my son who is 120 pounds. Fit perfectly and were very comfortable he said!! His go-to swim trunks now!

Great product, color and material - very happy with these shorts. Will definitely look to buy again when more styles become available in my size. Medium is true to fit, but if you like your shorts slightly bigger, i think the L would not be too big.
