Based on customers' reviews, I ordered these in a size smaller than I normally wear -ordered a size 5 rather than a size 6-and still too big. They run big!

Shoes ran large, I'd say a full size. Also no way to adjust straps. Color was browner than I expected.

Compared to other Keen shoes I've worn, this style is less supportive. The relatively shallow footbed and little arch definition seemed to allow my foot to flatten out. It not only felt odd, it looked odd - like I was constantly trying to get my arches to settle in place, and my foot from the side view resembled a large flounder. Not a look I was going for. If the fit happens to be right for you foot, rest assured the leather is of good quality and the construction seems solid, as always with Keens. Sadly, I had to send them back as they just didn't work for me.

I haven't had a chance to wear this shoe yet because it runs so big! I normally wear a 10 and I am now down to ordering an 8.5. I really like the style and it seems comfy, but without adjustable straps, it is a little annoying.

Loved this shoe but the backstrap is not adjustable and very loose. Also it runs a bit large so order a half size down. I sent it back

When I opened the box I was surprised the shoe looked so masculine - it was a turnoff even before I tried them on. I am glad Zappo's guarantees to return a shoe if there is any issue. I didn't try them on because I knew I didn't want them.

Have never ordered Keen brand before this purchase, I should have read the reviews before ordering. My normal size is 10.5 so that's what I ordered. I read AFTER (MY BAD) that someone posted they normally wear a size 10 and they are now down to re-ordering in a size 8.5. I wanted these shoes to wear to a wedding and ordered using "Express" shipping at an extra cost of $25.00 which I give Zappos an A+ for overnite delivery. Hindsight is that I wasted my money. Although I am ok with the overall style I will be returning these shoes and NOT reordering. I feel after reading the reviews that this sandal would NOT give me the support I'm looking for without an adjustable back strap...I have 3 pairs of VIONIC sandals so I'll stick with that brand for now!

I ordered this shoe in my usual size. These shoes run very large, length and width. The ankle strap doesn't hold my foot in. I will have to return. The shoes are cute, but I have a feeling they won't work on my feet even in a smaller size. I have a narrow heel.
