This hat worked well for me, but I do admittedly have a medium to smallish head! I have the back cinched about halfway. It's a typical truckers hat, very lightweight, good at the beach and ok to get wet. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Really like the look of this hat on. Only negative is that it does run small in comparison to other hats I own by Roxy.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Is this a kids' hat? It's not necessarily the diameter that's too small but the height. It just doesn't come down enough on my head, and I have an average-sized head. It's like they took a normal-sized woman's hat and shrunk it all around just a little bit. Just enough to make it weird, like in the movie Amelie when she swaps out the grocer's slippers for slightly smaller slippers. Might be perfect for a tween girl though!

Nice hat, but small. If you are a smaller person, you will love this hat. Had to return as it was just a tad too small for me.
