Positives: Great looking bag, loved the fabric style & feel. Well designed, hung nicely over the shoulder & distributed weight well. Roomy large main compartment. Outer pockets were a good size. Was able to fit an iPhone 7plus in an otter box comfortably in the smaller upper pocket & a full sized women's wallet and keys in the lower pocket. Negatives: the zippers on the small outer pockets are installed "upside down" in my opinion. When "closed" the zipper is in the down position. So they open from the bottom first, allowing things to fall out of the pockets. The large main compartment only has one zippered pocket. It would make a good book bag but has lots of wasted space that could be used if there were a few more pockets ( zippered or not ) and maybe a key clip or something at the very top. In the end: I didn't keep it. The upside down zippers were the main reason.

I thought the build and quality of the bag was very good. However, the rope is very uncomfortable and it digs into your shoulder. You can’t put any weight in this bag or you will really be hurting. I use a traditional backpack usually and I don’t have a problem. Also I agree with the other reviews it says the zippers are backwards. You have to completely zip it shut for your things will fall out because it zips down. Also the zippers are sticky and frustrating to use so I found myself constantly struggling with it to get my items out. In the end I have to return it.
