This skirt is cute, but I don't think it fulfills its stated purpose as "active" clothing. The cut is too slim in the skirt (though it is stretchy),and the shorts are very short and ride up when you walk so they don't help with chafing - if you have strong, capable thighs like mine. 10 is my usual size and this 10 fit fine in the waist and hips. If the shorts were just a little longer, comfort would have been 5 stars.

I am a male who had groin surgery and recovery was painful. I bought a golf skirt to wear around the house. It was so comfortable that I bought more skirts. I bought some skorts and removed he inner shorts to be more comfortable and it is easier to go to the bathroom. I got brave enough to wear knee length skirts for hiking and driving for unlimited stride, ventilation, freedom, and comfort, as well as air conditioning under my skir while driving.. Mine are stealthy and none of them are very feminine. Mostly camouflage, khaki, denim. I was very timid about wearing skirts in public until I discovered that no one notices. I am a wildlife photographer and am out in nature. I hike in national and state parks, nature preserves, etc. I meet people on trails and I think most people in those places are enlightened and only a few have noticed enough to be curious and have been supportive. I may have made some "converts." I have recovered but am still sensitive and the scar tissue causes friction, pressure on wrinkles, and seams. I have enough skirts but always look for something else. I am a 100% U.S. Male, married, have kids, and enjoy life.

I'm a little disappointed in the skort aspect of this skort. Unlike most of my skorts, which I practically live in, this one has a spandex short under it that is super short--not much different than wearing underwear. Also because it's thick spandex-y material and not mesh like others I have it's pretty hot. I'm tempted to just cut out the short part.

Fit is good. I love that there are four pockets. Color is great, can wear my new skort with almost any other color or pattern. I even wear it for work.

This skort looks great, feels good, I totally recommend it it's super cute.

Nice skort with a good fit. Sits at natural waist. Mid thigh length. I'm 5'6". Great fabric. Washes and air dries well.

I run between a 4 and a 6 for slacks, skirts and shorts, but had to order an 8 in this item for a perfect fit. I tried the 6, but it was just too tiny. Now that I have one that fit (minus the cost to ship the first one back), it is perfect.

This is a great style and super comfy BUT it is cut way too small. I’m normally a size 4 and had to return the 4 and the 6. Hopefully the third try, size 8 will work!

Totally cute, but the size 8 is even smaller than my old size 6.

This is one size up from my usual size and still feels slightly tight. The waistline is low. The shorts part of the skort is also tight and rides up while walking; it almost feels like a wedgie. I would have returned this if I hadn't needed a pair of shorts/skorts so badly.

Nice skort BUT runs super small. I usually wear an 8 and I could hardly put on the 10.

LOVE this skort - my favorite! Super comfortable, lots of pockets, cool in the summer. I have it in three colors! Great alternative to shorts. I’m 5”2, 110 pounds, and wear a size 4.

Great skirt, I did size up and I cut out the shorts bc not comfortable, but with them out of the way perfect!

Low rise skort sits low on tummy. I had to go up a side based on this compared to other Columbia items I own. Good quality.

Second time buying this style. Bought size 12. I wear a size 12 in skorts, but a 14 in long pants for a looser fit. I am 5'6", 150 lbs, and a little thick around the hips and it fits just right. I would recommend this product. Quality is excellent. I live in hot Florida. Great for the golf cart rides.

I usually wear a size 2 but ended up with a size 4, which fits perfectly. It's very comfortable and has just the right amount of stretch and is a good length. I'm 5'5" and it falls about 3" from the top of my knee. This is not made like a traditional skort since underneath is more like an undergarment than shorts. It's difficult to find skirts/skorts that are not A-line, so this is perfect since it's straight cut and doesn't stick out on the sides.

I bought this skort in 3 different colors. Needless to say that I love the style. Perfect fit, practical and flattering at the same time. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

I first ordered this skort in a 4. I am 5’2” and weigh 115lb, an average petite lady. While 4 is my normal size this was too small. I loved the style with belt loops and the perfect length for a petite lady. Reordered in a 6. While the skort fit perfectly, the inside pants are too short waisted. The tag does say athletic fit? Because they are uncomfortable I will be returning the 6 also. I’m afraid the 8 would be too large.

Then returned for a 6. This fits perfect and is marked “athletic fit”. The problem for me is the pants liner in the skort is too short waisted and is uncomfortable. For that reason I will also be returning the size 6. I’m just afraid the 8 will be too large. Hope this is helpful.

This skirt is a little more than casual if you dress it up a bit. The fit is great. Very comfortable.

Skirt was made very well, just as you would expect, however, runs small. I usually wear a 10, sometimes 12 if item runs small. This skirt in my opinion runs almost 2 small.
