These pants are cool and airy and quick dry and comfortable for all activities. They look stylish too. I truly hate the pockets though. The main side pockets are not very deep. I can fit my wallet or keys but not both in one pocket. There are zippered angled pockets below the main pocket. These can hold a wallet or keys or cell phone too. However, whatever you store in these pockets will migrate to the front of your leg when you walk and you will have really odd looking prints showing. My cell phone turns sideways and you can see the entire outline above my knee. If I squat down, a great deal of pressure is applied to the phone sitting on the front of my leg as the pants try conform to my leg, but the phone does not. Same with my keys, they end up on the front of my leg and poke me if I squat down. Also, if you don't zipper these pockets and then sit in a cushy chair or sofa, the contents of the zipper pockets get pushed up and will quietly slide out onto the sofa. Tough for me to remember to zip them every time. There is also an unzipped additional pocket on the right side suitable for a cell phone. This suffers from the same flaw, sitting in certain cushy chairs pushes the pocket contents up and allows it to slide right out. I have found my keys or cell phone on my home sofa several times so far. Not a good design in my opinion. Fit was true to size.

I got a 33 x 30 and it was a little more roomier than I expected. The material is light and hardly feels like anything is on. Great for going out and not getting chewed up by bugs. The pockets are well designed so things don't slip out when you're sitting down. I think they are a good buy.

I bought these for my son. He usually wears a 34x32 in jeans. I had to return these and get a 36x34.

My husband love these pants so much. We are getting ready to travel and he needs to wear his leg brace on the outside and these are perfect.

Says full thigh but they are tight. Have to return.
