This is a great trainer. Any floor work, cross cutting type movement - fantastic. They were not great on treadmill. Trying to run, felt very flat on fore foot and knee and shins bothered me.

I have been searching for a good cross training shoe with decent support and was excited about this brand which is new to me. Comfy and stylish, but disappointed in the construction of the shoe. See attached photo. There is a weird fold or crease-hard to describe where the plastic lacing system is sewn onto the fabric. First of all it looks messy, but second, I would expect that after only a few wearings the way the sewing is done, there would end up being a rip or separation. Too bad. Salomon or someone PLEASE make a good cross training shoe. No more trail runners!! No more barefoot trainers!!

I often have problems finding shoes for my wide feet. I bought these for Cross Fit and was reluctant because my other shoes were so comfortable that I did not want to have the discomfort of new shoes that I so often have. I was pleasantly surprised that these felt like a well broken-in shoe from the moment I put them on. They are perfect for all my workouts and I absolutely LOVE them!!

Purchased these for lifting, HIIT and bootcamp classes. Very pleased with the look and performance of the sneaker. Extremely lightweight, good gripping sole for remaining sturdy while lifting. Good lateral support for HIIT and bootcamp classes. This is NOT a running sneaker, limited padding which is why I give it a 4 on comfort. I'm ok with it since the majority of my time is spent in the gym, just don't expect to be able to cross train with it. I have bunions and these sneakers accommodate because there is no seam on the side of the shoe. I wear a size 9 and they seem pretty true to size and don't make my feet look huge. Love the color and style. Only complaint is that I have to lace the sneakers for a high instep and the laces are pretty long and need to be double knotted. Otherwise, love the shoe!

Best footwear purchase I've made! I was looking for a shoe to mimic barefoot training to enhance mind-muscle connection and have better contact with the ground. These do exactly that. I've even worn them for outdoor road running and they were perfect for that as well. My calves were sore after the first few times wearing them but I've noticed a tremendous improvement in my balance and stability in my training since these enable me to really use my feet as a foundation. My foot measures a 7.5 but I wear a 9 in training/running shoes. Bought these in a 9 and they were just right. Enough room for when my foot splays but not too big that I was tripping over them.

Bought these before going on a trip to San Francisco in the early spring. It was too early to live in my Naot sandals (too chilly there). I wanted something in plain black so I could mix and match with different scarves, shirts, etc., and still go down to the hotel exercise room for a work out in. Needed to decrease suitcase space and keep up with my girls. These worked great. I have sensitive feet (with bunions), and they were fine to wear right out of the box. I walked for miles and worked out all week. They still look like new. Bought my usual 8.5, and they fit great.

The shoes fit very well. I ordered two sizes to make sure my orthotics would fit into at least one pair. I inserted my orthotics, which are quite sturdy and rather thick. Then I walked quickly around my wood floor to try to see how much support these shoes would give me during a low-impact exercise class that I attend regularly. I was disappointed in the shoes' amount of support, even with my orthotics in the shoes. There just didn’t seem to be enough support, at least not for me. So I regretfully returned the shoes. My podiatrist once told me that my feet are “floppy.” (I’m loose jointed.) That might explain why I can’t stand to walk around the house without shoes: My feet get tired. That might be why these shoes didn’t work for me. I’m high maintenance!

I love the look of this shoe and how light-weight it is. Great for the gym. But I should have gotten the 6 instead of the 5.5.

These shoes are perfect for cross training.

Not for wide feet. Love the look, lightweight, good stable trainers but the housing for the laces is some kind of hard plastic material, and the edge of it cut into my feet just below the toe box. Wish it had fit, as the toe box is usually my problem (always too narrow)and the toe box is really roomy. Boo hoo.

I bought these to replace my Inov8 f-lite 195s that I wear for CrossFit. The 195s are light, flexible, give good traction. I love them. These 215s have soles that are stiff as slabs of wood, the gray plastic side panels that the carry the laces are extra stiff and make getting the shoe on and off really difficult, and uncomfortable once the shoe is on. The shoe's collar is too high and rubs my ankle bones. To top it off, I usually take a 7.5, but since my 195s are 8s, that what I ordered, but they are too small.

Love the shoe. The fit is great. The width is perfect, but ran just a little short in length. Going to order 1/2 size larger than I normally wear in athletic shoes.

I wanted to write a review after having bought these shoes in May 2017. I train at the gym 5 days per week consistently and I wear these shoes every day. They have been through lifting, HIIT, and occasional running. The fact that I never think about them tells me they are a great shoe. Good stability, good grip on gym floor, and after almost a year of daily wear, there are no seams coming undone and no holes anywhere. They are not the best for running (just picked up Brooks for that), but get me through a short (3mile) treadmill run in a pinch. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, but at the rate they are holding up, it will be a while yet. My feet are big for my frame (size 9 and I’m 5’4”) and I have bunions. No uncomfortable seams on side of toe, and they have a low profile. Any shoe that makes my feet look smaller is a plus. This shoe delivers and has been my favorite after wearing Brooks Pure Cadence and Pure Flow. Highly recommend for my fellow gym rats!

Very little cush to these shoes; although they do have good arch support. Order a half size up--they run small.

These shoes were a great purchase! While in class, at the gym, I was sliding around too much in my running shoes. These shoes are light and provide excellent foot stability. Note, there is no cushion in the heel, so they are not designed for walking/running. I have a wide foot and was initially concerned about where the center material (near laces) hit my foot. It has not been a problem for me. I love these shoes.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes! I was looking for a new cross train shoe and this was recommended on a site so I decided to try - completely unfamiliar with the brand. They are beyond comfortable and they breathe - my feet feel so cool! VERY happy with this purchase!! Note on sizing - I always get .5 size bigger for sneakers and was true here too.

The shoes fit well and as described. I thought these were cross-training shoes. When I tried them on and moved around in them a bit, I decided they were perhaps marathon training shoes. They definitely do not have the support of previous cross-trainers (other brands) that I have used. As a result, I am returning these shoes.

My old Inov8 f-lites were a little big at 91/2, so I went down to 9 in this one and they are too small (non-athletic shoes I wear 81/2 or 9 depending on the brand). I love the selection on Zappos, but oh, the frustration of yet another Zappos exchange (happens with at least 50% of my orders - you just never know)...

These shoes are great, love the way they look and fit, but the foot bed is really hard, and I think they'll hurt my feet when running.

These shoes are really cute, but they run very small. I measure a 7.5, bought an 8 as I usually do in workout shoes, and I'd probably go up to a 9 if I wanted to try again. However, I'm surprised no one mentioned there's a piece inside that rubs against the inside sides of your feet. It's quite noticeable and very annoying. So I won't be reordering in another size. Also, the laces are way too long. They're cute laces, so it's a shame they couldn't be the right size.

I believe one shoe was larger than the other. Then I thought maybe one foot is larger than the other. I held the shoes up to match toe to heel. The right shoe is smaller.... ugh. The sizes are the same though.
