I wanted to love these. They are super cute and the sole is really comfortable. But they go up too high in the back and cut into the back of my ankle. I'm bummed.

I always wear so 7-1/2, and so I ordered these darling flats in 7-1/2M. They are too short, need 1/2 Az larger so am returning them. They are really beautiful, so sad they are too small! Locating info for Returns is easy but get a blank page when asking for Return label. Difficult website to maneuver because of this.

I am a true size 8. The 8 in these were too small. The 8.5 was still too small and squishing my toes. There seemed to be a good amount a padding which felt good the few steps I took in them.

I am a very consistent size 8.5 - and that's the size I ordered. I felt like they were short, my big toe felt really crammed to the front, and then too wide at the back, so I walked out of them. That's a common problem with ballet-style flats (for me, anyway). Get them wide enough in the toe box, and they're enormous in the hell. The style is very cute, I ordered the black/charcoal. But the fit just didn't work. Have to send them back and lots of love to Zappos for making this search so much easier.

These cute little flats just went on a vacation where we walked 10+ miles everyday. I probably shouldn't have worn them so much seeing as how they have no arch support. But, they definitely accommodated my bloated, swollen feet. And now..... they STINK. I'm super bummed. Out of the box comfortable, and they go with just about everything. So now, I'm on the hunt for washable shoes to replace these.

Loved this shoe but did not fit in the heel area at all. I normally wear a 7w, but will be ordering a 6.5w to see if it would fit. Truly cute if it fit.

These are a stretchy knit material with very little structure, almost sock-like. I think a full size up should do the trick, not sure if I will try, still on the fence, but they are super cute and seem like they would be comfy. Like a nicer Tom shoe.

These are cute + the insole is memory foam, which is nice.
They're made of cloth + have no support. So don't buy them if you need support.
I've found Sketchers are great for wide shoes. They're usually very roomy. Even the regular medium width Sketchers sometimes fit my wide feet. I usually wear and 8.5 or 9 wide. I ordered 9 wide + the width was fine but my toes were squished in the front. They felt like a 7.5 or 8's. Tried to exchange them for 9.5 or 10, but no dice. The larger sizes are sold out. Probably because they run so small...

Not my fave. I have wide feet and I'm a little heavy, but these relaxed VERY quickly after wearing them and now look super worn out and relaxed... like the shoes you would wear with a muumuu. :( Comfy, but not very durable.

i was anxious to get the shoe to wear with skirts and pants. Having a pair of Skecher slip-on sneakers, I expected these to be as comfortable and supportive. With some serious foot issues, I had hoped these would be of the same ilk as the sneakers.
There is absolutely no support in this shoe, which is a big disappointment. I like the way they look but it is difficult to do more than a little walking in them as they do not stay tightly on my feet. I will save them for those occasions when I am going straight from the car to a home or restaurant. They are also good for the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur, when you cannot wear leather products to the Synagogue.

The shoe is amazingly cute, but the toe box is just to narrow. I usually wear a 10 and that was super tight so I exchanged for an 11. The 11 was quite a bit wider but the toe box was the only are that was still to tight.

Cute shoes...when I wear them I receive loads of compliments. If that was all that mattered they would score 5*. On the downside, there is not much to them. When walking in town I feel every stone and bump and my feet tire easily as there is little in the way of cushioning or support.

Love these shoes but the size I normally wear is too tight and my toes get squished. I bought these while they were on sale but was told they can not even exchange for a different size. I have to return and repurchase and would not be honored the original discounted price I paid for the first pair.
Love sketchers but wish they had a little better return/exchange policy. Especially when ordering online.
