I purchased this backpack for work. I travel from building to building where I work and I wanted something that was functional for hauling my stuff around but also looked nice. This bag is very roomy and will all of the pockets, there is plenty of places to organize my stuff so it is easy to access. I absolutely love the color and style.

I purchased this to use as a diaper backpack with my 2nd baby on the way. They will be 2 years apart and my oldest will not be fully potty trained yet so I will need quite a few things and this bag seems perfect. I plan to use the laptop pocket for the potty training accessories for my oldest and like that they will be kept separate from the main compartment; and I plan to use the front zipper compartments for my phone, wallet, keys, etc. I got the Elderberry; my prior bag was black and I wanted something a little different but not too busy like the patterns. I think it is a very pretty shade of purple and ended up getting the matching wallet. There is plenty of space for newborn and toddler essentials as well as water bottles, etc. without being bulky. Very functional and practical with many uses- highly recommend!

This was purchased for my 7th grade daughter for her first year of middle school. She LOVES this bag! It's big enough to carry her laptop and huge binder, along with library books and other items without being cumbersome. The material is wearing very well and this particular pattern is hiding any dirt that she may have encountered. This is our second Vera Bradley backpack (we have several other types of bags as well) and will continue to purchase them for the quality and durability.

I really wanted to love this bag, it's so colorful and soft, and I love the pockets and storage! But the straps were too wide on my shoulders (I'm petite), and made a crinkling noise with the material that keeps the straps a little stiff. If you have broader shoulders it would probably be just perfect! Sadly, I must return.

THEE BEST ! BACKPACK EVER ! Not only is it gorgeous, but it is light as a feather. In my many, many (many) years of finding a solution to my daily NY subway commute with laptop, food, safety pins, everything you might need, I've gone from lugging around something which weighs at least 2 pounds itself to carrying this backpack which is a WHISPER. Empty, you hardly know you're picking something up. I've also used it in the rain, which was a consideration that kept me from buying this for years, and it's not a problem at all. I didn't ScotchGuard it, but it doesn't seem to absorb water even during downpours, and by morning in regular circumstances it was completely dry. GET ! THIS ! BAG !
