Not comfortable

Sad that it didn't fit true to size at all

These were incredibly cute looking but ridiculously difficult to put on. It was a struggle getting my feet into them. The problem is at the bend where the seams are. It almost felt like they decided to put super glue over the stitching (bend) to reaffirm support. I've never experienced such a difficult time with any shoe. It was slightly physically painful on the feet to get them on and once they were on, there was nothing comfortable about them.

The boot looked great out of the box. My wife was very pleased with the design of the boot as well as the build and construction of the boot. However, the right boot is cut differently than the left causing it not to fit properly. The left boot goes on with ease as the right boot does not go on at all. Need to return these right away. Terrible consistency for the price you pay for the name!

returned a pair of shoes and have not received them back,,, normal shipping is great but returns 2 weeks??

I love Ugg Boots but hate their customer service. I returned these boots on Dec 24. I'm still waiting for my credit. I have received 3 emails asking to review a product I never kept and have paid for on my credit card. Please send me my refund!
