This is a beautifully designed boot that I purchased for casual everyday wear in the winter. I have had a pair of dressier UGG high leather zip-up boots for 6 years that have finally reached the end of their natural life. I was looking to replace the UGGs with a similar boot and the Ariat lured me in with it's gorgeous styling and bomber waterproof-ness. While the boot is absolutely gorgeous (I get compliments from random strangers every time I wear them) the comfort is a little lacking. The footbed is nearly flat, necessitating an Orthaheel insert if I plan on wearing them for more than a few hours. Additionally, the boot is REALLY waterproof - which leads to sweaty feet, even when wearing breathable merino socks. (This has only ever been an issue for me in my Hunter rain boots...) While I love the look and will keep these for the predicted stormy winter ahead, my search for a comfy, everyday flat boot continues.

These boots are beautiful but unfortunately I had to return them. They were too tight in the calves. So if your calves are 15 inches or more these won't work for you.

These boots are GORGEOUS! They're super cute with skinny jeans and pair well with casual attire. I cannot wait until fall to start wearing them. I ordered my exact size (8.5M) and they fit perfectly.

I love these boots. The fit was great, I am a size 8 and the was just right. Plenty of room in the toe area. Looks great with leggings or skinny jeans. I have been wearing them to work this winter, and my feet stay warm and dry. The sole works well on snow covered walk ways.

These boots are absolutely the most gorgeous rain boots you will find. They are comfortable.......except (and alas I had to return them because of this), my toes are totally scrunched together (granted it gives it a nice look, but..). Other comments: perfect height shaft for petite women. Comes right below the knee. The calf width is medium. I could put them over leggings but not jeans (I would say I have a medium to wide calf width).

These are beautifully made boots but for me, I felt like they would great if I owned a farm or wore LLBean clothes 98% of the time. they felt very clunky and the sole is not flexible at all so when you walk, there's this clump clump sound. just not for me.

These are a pair of really beautifully made, comfortable boots. The only problem for me was the shaft height, which is stated to be 13 inches in in info - I measured to be 14.5 inches. I'm very petite - 5'0" - so the boots are too high for me; I don't like them coming up to close to my knees. Shame, because they're perfect in every other way, but I had to return them.

This is my third pair of Ariat riding boots. They are all very comfortable and warm for a Minnesota winter. I purchased these in Sage, which is a nice, understated army green.

Very stylish and well made but very narrow for my already narrow foot.

The most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. Would not recommend these to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful boots. I ordered my normal size 6.5, I could not get my foot into the boot. I would say this boot runs extremely small and narrow. This is a shame because it truly seems like a high quality boot, well made.
