I have been a HUGE FitFlop fan from the very beginning. I have well over 20 pair in my closet at this time. The "Rola" footbed feels like a cheap immitation of the original FitFlops. The look of the footbed is different and it has a cheaper feel. I don't mind paying for a quality product but this is not anywhere near the quality of FitFlop. I am very disappointed as I LOVE the black cherry color as well as the black(which I purchased both and neither have the "FitFlop Fit" I am used to over the last 6 years, I have had many comments on my FitFlops and I have to be honest and tell friends to wait and see. If this footed stays....it is not only NOT worth the money but I will have to begin shopping for a new brand... CONSISTANCY IS KEY.....ALWAYS!!

I bought my first paid about 10 years ago in a bath shop hanging on a hanger. I have about 12 pairs to date. BUT WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO YOUR BRAND. You have cheapened the foot bed, on most new designs, and the prices are higher. I will have to look at your competition if you don't correct the problem. Also, I loved the originals that were canvas. We need casual also.

I have narrow feet and the top strap dug into the bone on the top of my foot. I have several pair of FitFlop and these are the first that bothered me. This style with the strap higher on the foot does not work if you have boney, skinny feet. I actually had a bruise the following day from wearing them around the house. :(

I love fitflops! They are extremely comfortable especially for me. I have plantar fasciitis and can wear few shoe brands. This is one I can. They don't run in have sizes so orderup.

The Rola is a beautiful sandal. I normally wear the Novy or the Lulu. The toe post on this one was a little stiff and uncomfortable between my toes. Based on a similar experience with The Skinny a couple years ago, I decided to send this back. For the price, it ought to be comfortable right out of the box. Love the Hot Cherry Color. Would go with a lot of things. I usually wear a 71/2 or 8 and I take a 7 in FitFlops.

These feel so comfortable but unfortunately do not work for low-volume feet. My feet are not narrow but are thin from top to bottom and the strap of these is way too wide. My feet fall right out when I walk. Lengthwise, the fit was perfect. I took the suggestion of ordering down a half size. I am usually a 6½ or 7, but I ordered the 6 in these. The length was perfect, but again the strap was way too wide. I will be returning them.

What's changed? This shoe is larger than my several other Fit Flops. The bottom is too long and the upper is too loose despite my wide feet. Had to return these. Cute design though. Order a size smaller if you really want them.

I love the style of this shoe, and of course the comfort of Fit Flops, but you need a super-wide foot for it to fit without it flying off every other step. I have a decently-high arch and they are still super loose, so unfortunately I will be returning them.

I liked the color online but in person, it doesn't look as nice to me. The big problem was, I usually wear a 10 in fit flops (my size would be 9.5 really) but this felt WAY too big for me. Not sure if it would fit better in a 9 but although I don't think my feet are particularly awful, I think maybe you need really pretty feet to look good in this shoe -- it's a lot of skin, with the strap so high on the foot. Just wasn't for me.

Has Fitflop fallen into the greed pit with so many other companies in this country? I live in Florida, and have over two dozen pairs of Fitflop sandals, and have worn nothing else (except for dress occasions or occasional cold spells) for the past several years. The last three pairs I have tried have been totally different. They don't have the same comfort level, the same feel, or the same look. I'm sorry that there is no longer such a thing as the Fitflop so many of us knew and loved (and BOUGHT). For me, this is the end. If Fitflop doesn't fix the problem, it will be their end, too.

Didn't care for the fit, felt a bit loose. Also didn't care for the narrowness of the main strap across the top of the foot. Needs a bit of a redesign and then would be a great shoe.

Toe strap not comfortable. Have many flip flops that feel fine. This one has a sharpish edge. Arch strap loose. This may be contributing to toe strap rubbing. This could be fixed with a small section of elastic on inside of arch. Many shoemakers have this on similar shoes. Great FitFlop sole. Very pretty. Returning.
