I needed a pair of dress shoes in a pinch and these were PERFECT. Super comfy, I actually wore them all night.

Agree with other reviewer. These run true to size, contrary to manufacturer's advice. If anything, they felt snug in my regular size, the toe box is short. But they are so stylish.

These weren't as comfortable as another pair I ordered at the same time (Nine West Margot).

Lovely, perfect, but I am starting to suspect Rockports are short.

These were so cute, I really wanted them to work. Unfortunately, the sides of the shoe rubbed my feet in a very painful way, so back they went.

I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 but even the 7.5 made my toes feel squished. I have a high arch and it’s hard for me to keep pumps on without a strap, so I was hopeful this shoe with its modest heel would be just right. Unfortunately they’re going back. I know from experience that 8s would be too big elsewhere. The search continues. PS Zappos service was awesome!

I like the look of this shoe, but it runs very short. I usually wear a 9W, so I ordered a 9.5W. It was still too short and painful on my big toe. These shoes are going back.

The styling was nice, the shoe looked good on my feet, especially worn with black tights. However, the toe box was too shallow, so my feet were screaming within the first few minutes I tried it on. I'm so sorry to have to return these, as need something for work that is dressy with a modest heel.

Loved how super cute this shoe is! But no arch support, and I really need arch support. Perhaps because it is a pointy style I should have ordered up a half size, but it just plain didn't fit. And I won't reorder in another size due to the lack of arch support.

I ordered these because I'm on my feet at work and thought they might get me through the day easier. The padding was awesome! However, they were very short. I typically wear a 9 and would have needed to exchange for a 10, I think. I decided that they were also a little older style than what I wanted.

Pretty shoe, comfortable as well. But there was a gap between the t-strap and my foot that looked strange. Also, the patent leather looked too shiny. I wear a size 11. Sending them back.

Not a comfortable shoe. I love the style but it is too small and there is no space for toes to wiggle at all.

The toe box is too flat, and very uncomfortable. I returned them. Even a pointy shoe should allow some height for a human toe. I returned them.
