So very sad that I had to return these boots. I had the Lynnea 2 Ugg boots and they are amazingly comfortable and well made. I have been wanting another boot with heels similar and thought this boot would fit the need. I ordered my "UGG size" and couldn't wait for shipping. I tried these boots on and they were so very narrow. I don't have wide feet and never order a wide size. These hurt and crushed my feet at the front of the shoe. They were also hard to get my feet in and out of these boots. The other complaint I had is that there too much room in the heel, which made my heel move a ton and made the boot bend into my ankle, which was not comfortable. I went to the mall and tried on multiple pairs of UGGs and was told that this year, all the boots have a narrow front and that most people aren't liking or fitting in these boots. (Jayne, Lynda, Jessica......) I have my "UGG" money and am hoping next year they fix this issue, as I really want to get a new pair.

The boots run very small. It's impossible to put them on. You have to order 1 full size larger. Plus, I have to pay $8 for shipping and it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive the boots, not fast at all!. Since they didn't fit I had to send them back and I had to pay another $15 for return shipping since the boots are very heavy. Athough the boots are beautiful and well made, I had to return them since I couldn't even put them on, although I ordered my usual size. Very disappointed I had to return them!
