There should be a warning to size up on Lined Clogs.

Compared to the regular kids croc these fur lines ones are super narrow. Literally my son couldn't even slide his foot in. He wears a j 3 in crocs and they fit him with room for his toes. I ordered the fur ones expecting the same fit, but nope! Buyer beware. Either size up or just don't even buy them unless your kids foot is super narrow

I like the brand shopping cart is difficult to operate labeling was poor but the wrong size

Bought these without warning they were baby sized my son's a sz 4 and these didn't even fit his toes had to order a new pair of sz 4 adult and can't return because the places I can go locally for a return are not operating because of the virus

I never actually received this product, and I have also emailed customer service several times. Not only do i not have the product, I still have yet to receive a refund for them as well.

Size is way off. Do not buy unless you can try on in store.

I'm very frustrated now. I have bought Crocs for years. Did the sizing change at some point? Now you can not find a proper fitting Croc for a boy between 8 and 11 years old. My son has outgrown the J3 size but the next size up is Men's 4: which is way, way, way too big. I've already paid the $7.50 return fee for the last poorly fitting pair and now I have to do it again! Where are the options when you go from J3 to the smallest adult male size (M4)???? Why don't I see J4 offered anymore???? Why don't you have a J5 etc..... This is something you have to address as a company. Customer service was consulted before my last shipment and I was MISLEAD to believe that M4 was not a big jump up in size. Well, it was! Those were returned and I then bought J3 sizing. Guess what? Those are too small for my 8 year old who wears 9-11 size in clothes. Why would you not do a slightly larger mold of the J3 size to accommodate the fuzz lining??? They are too tight. Gosh! Why can't you use traditional formats like XL or XW (extra wide) rather than "roomy", "standard" etc....do I really need to decipher in this manner and then wait to get in poorly fitting shoes, only to then have to pay a return fee? Not great service.

The croc was too small, J3 is what I purchased, but I need the next size up. I did not see or understand how to locate the next size up. I measured my granddaughters foot, 7yrs. of age 9" in length. Any suggestions?

My grandson wears a size 3 in crocs. This is the first fuzz-lined clog I have ever purchased - the shoe is way too small....maybe it's my fault, but I figured a size 3 is a size 3. I didn't realize I needed to adjust for the lining...will be returning these.

My family wears crocs all the time. Some of us have multiple pairs for inside, outside, different seasons, etc. My kids currently have pairs that DO fit them so I ordered these in the same size for my son and sized up one for my daughter. These crocs did NOT fit either kid. They are shorter, narrower and had less volume when compared to same size but different style crocs (clogs that do not have fleece lining). I was very surprised and frustrated in how inconsistent the sizing is within the same brand of product. I called to complain about the return shipping fee and Crocs agreed to comp me the fee but only one time. So if I have a problem with their wild, luck-of-the-draw sizing process in the future, it's my problem. I'm big fan of Crocs but I may need to look at other brands and vendors with free return shipping in the future.

My son is a size 3 however still his size 1 classic and bayas fit better than this in a 3. This is waaaaaay too narrow, he can barely get his feet in socks and no socks

Once again, Crocs classic fuzz lined kids clog is too small. I measured my old clogs to discover the width is now 1/2 inch smaller than previous year.

Not traditional 'roomy' fit - I ordered a size up and I couldn't get my feet half way into the NARROWED version of this once perfect product - epic fail, Crocs.
