Celesta is a very well made shoe and seems to be very comfortable like my other 6 or 8 (?) pairs of Naots have been, but it is way too big and I will not be reordering. I usually love Naot's quality and fit because I have a narrow heel, wide forefoot, and flexible arch that needs support. This shoe was big everywhere and would not stay on. Also, I will not be ordering a smaller size because this is more of a boxy shoe that draws attention to the foot instead of a slim loafer.

I was excited to see a wide width in NAOT. These shoes felt comfy except that they were a half size too long.

As a teacher, I am always standing up and comfort is a must!This shoe is perfect and at the end of the day my feet are not screaming but feel great! The only thing I don't like is that after two uses it looks worn out, however it is only the looks because is it sturdy and great quality.

Once again Naot didn’t surprise! I loved this shoe the moment I put it on! Roomy toe box and great arch support! Very stylish. I’ve received many compliments in the few times I have worn them. If I had to find an issue with it, it would be that they are a bit stiff at first but as with most well made leather shoes, once they are broke in all will be good!

The shoes are wonderful, but not for my purpose. I wish I had seen a picture that shows the shoe from the front. The toes are rounded and wide and are not suitable for dress slacks, which is what I need them for.

Hard to find a comfort shoe that has style as well as arch support. Celesta fills the bill. Wish I had had this shoe while I was teaching and on my feet all day. Although pricey (for me), I feel the quality will make this a shoe I wear for years.

I bought a pair of Celestas to wear on a 9 day trip to Europe where I was walking on cobblestones every day. They were perfect. I liked that they are a little dressier than lace ups. They were also more comfortable. People have complained about their being big and boxy. I have several pair of Naot Kedmas, which I wear to work (bought my first pair 5 years ago and got them in additional colors), and which fit me great. The Celestas are bigger, it's true, but the extra space and the thick, solid sole makes for the comfortable walking.

Such a cute shoe, but simply too wide for me. It's a bit clunkier in person than the photo appears. Comfortable Fit, cute style, but just not a good fit for me. True to Zappos wonderful customer service, I was able to return. I know someone else will love them...I sure wanted them to be a good fit for me.

This is a great shoe very comfortable and I'm thinking will last a long time.

These are expensive shoes (at least for me) BUT they are very comfortable and stable. They have a perfect arch support for those of us who have plantar fasciitis. The heel is a comfortable height and the toe box gives generous room. I will certainly try another pair of Naot shoes in the future

Love Naot shoes and have been wearing them for more years than remember. This shoe is very attractive and comfortable. Unfortunately for me it was too wide in the toe/ball of foot area so have decided to return.

I really like these shoes. I am a size 10. My feet are a little wider than a B width but I can usually wear a medium width oxford. This shoe has a nice wide toe and adjustable straps. I also have orthotics and this shoe accommodates the orthotics really well. The sole is the full width of the shoe which makes them a very stable shoe. The cuff is low enough that if your ankles swell, your shoes won't be too tight. I broke my ankle this winter and having a stable platform, with a nice wide toe box, that accommodates my orthotics is a nice way to ease back into wearing real shoes (vice sneakers). I bought the black madras leather. The straps are kind of an olive/brown. They may not be the most attractive shoe around, but I'm more interested in comfort and stability than in being a fashionista.

Great looking shoe. The fit is very strange. The heel is very wide, and my heel lifts out of it. Unfortunately, I must return them.

You can tell the quality of this shoe is excellent and would be extremely comfortable to wear for hours. However, the shoe runs large and extremely wide. I have an average width foot, and the shoe was much to wide in my usual size. This made the shoes look huge on my feet, and rather clunky.

Ordered 3 pair of shoes to wear for a job in which I’ll be on my feet all day. Was willing to keep all or none, depending upon how they felt. These were the most expensive shoes I purchased, but the first ones to go back. I appreciated the generous toe box, but even with a smart wool sock, my heels slipped out with every step. Can’t justify the price if they aren’t going to fit better than that. The other two pair (Jambu and Spring Step) also seemed to have better overall support.

I don't like the two thin straps, it seems like the Velcro doesn't hold that well

The shoe itself is everything I hoped. However, this pair should not have been shipped to me because the shoes are not the same color. Need to return them. It makes me wonder if anyone at Zappos ever looked in the box to see what they were shipping.

I am so disappointed to find Naot is still grossly undersizing. After their being missing from Zappos in most sizes for quite a while, I thought hopefully they were re-sizing to American equivalents. The answer is clearly NO! I could not get this shoe in a 42 on, and I have been wearing American equivalent size 11 shoes from several brands for so long. Since I could not get my foot in the shoe, I couldn’t rate them on width or comfort. Zappos, you have more work to do with Naot. Naot, shame on you for misrepresenting your sizes in the American market so grossly. Just admit that you do not manufacture women’s American size 11 or larger and stop wasting the time of good customers like me.

Defective: shoes were shipped with one of the buckles in pieces in a plastic bag. Very comfortable shoe but the buckle design (nonfunctional, straps held instead by velcro) is really cheap looking and obviously subject to break.
