These shoes were ok. Easy to slip on & run out the door. But, I wear 9.5 & I feel like they make my feet look bigger.

I wish these shoes fit me. They run small, just a half of size. Other wise so comfortable and they look great too.

I loved the style of the shoe, and the arch support was moderate. Unfortunately, the front of the opening on the top of the shoe rubbed on my foot and was very uncomfortable. I tried two sizes, and it rubbed with both sizes. The opening is too large, which causes it to rub a bony part of the foot.

I had a pair that looked like these and wore them for 3 years straight -- they were just like ballet slippers; so comfortable! These were stiffer and did not fit nearly as well. I ended up keeping them, hoping they would eventually confirm better to my foot but I still rarely wear them because they don't. I notice the description indicates the fit has been updated to be more glove-like and I wonder if these are the "updated" pair or not.

I *really* wanted to love these shoes. The style is perfect -- love the color and the sleek design. However, as many other reviewers have mentioned, the shoe is not comfortable. There is something off about the arch support, making it support the foot in an "off" way. Also, the strap on top would be perfect -- if it was adjustable! I have a narrow foot and need to tighten the strap a couple inches but can't do that with the design. I hope Keen re-designs this shoe b/c I would love to make it work!!

The good news: It has the contour arch missing on too many of Keen's newer Mary Janes. That's what made the old ones so comfortable and which I loved so much. The bad news: There's a quality control issue with the elastic bands. One was a full half inch longer than the other, so one shoe fit great and the other fell off. I'm returning them and hoping that the replacement pair was better made.

The shoe itself is sturdy and well made, however I have to agree with previous reviewers re: narrow toe box and straps being too uncomfortable. I got blisters on my pinkie toes after a day of wearing them and walking around the farmers market. I am now only wearing them around the backyard hoping that they will break in a bit more.

As others have stated, it does run short. My big toe hit the front. I love their other model, the criss cross version. It was a perfect fit. I tried this one 'cause I couldn't find the other model anywhere online in 9.5.

I had a different version of this shoe (without the Mary Jane strap) that I LOVED! They were perfect for travel - easy on/off and cute with either pants or a skirt. I ordered my usual Keen size, but these are too big...and the strap is too snug. Sadly I am returning them - I just don't think they will work.

The right shoe fit just right. The left shoe seemed to be a size too big! I'm returning the shoes.

Keen customers should know that this doesn't use the typical Keen foot bed with a wide toe. Instead, it uses a straight foot bed.

The white lining shows and it looks like these shoes were poorly made. I love Keen shoes and this is a first.

The right shoe is smaller in the toe box than the left shoe. It is flawed.
