PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT!!! I love this hat! It's a great fit and excellent quality. I had a very similar hat and I totally loved it. I carried it in a hat box to make sure it did not get damaged. I took it with me on a cruise and didn't take the hat box. I wore it and received so many complements. I let my sister wear it on one of the excursions and she loved it. I was devastated when I returned and couldn't find it. I searched so many websites looking for another one. I finally ordered another hat from another company and it was a very small fit and poor quality. I was so disappointed. I gave it to Goodwill. That's when I found this one. I ordered two, one black and one tan. Thank you so much.

The hat was very pretty and had a great fit. Loved it!!

Great style. Good fit and its adjustable. Not sure how it will pack, but I will take it with me on our vacation later this summer.

Perfect for all occasions!

Fits me perfectly and I probably have an average sized head. Its very stylish and you can wear it different ways depending on how you manipulate the brim. Even on a hot day, it was comfortable and seemed to keep my head cooler. I bought it specifically because I needed something to keep the sun off my face this year due to skin surgery. I think I will wear it well beyond my healing. I had many compliments the first time I wore it.

I have one of these flattering but practical (shade/sun protection) hats and ordered two more. Each and every time I wear these, women come up to me and ask me where I bought it. The color is a warm, "rattlesnake" color which is good for most complexions. It looks adorable on, and is easy to wear. Best of all the brim is perfect for shading your face from the sun without the floppy, not very flattering look of these safari hats. This one is stylish. It lasts forever. Spot washing works well. I hope they never stop making this one!

My daughter had this hat years ago! She lost it at the beach. We have searched for this hat in every store we have shopped in to see if we could find one like the one she lost. I found this a few weeks ago, and ordered 2 of them. I gave her one of the hats and my granddaughter wanted one, too! Now I am back ordering the third hat for myself. Thank you for making this hat available.

Way too small and professional hatter unable to resize. Very disappointing.

The fit was fine, but the color was a little darker than I was looking for. I already have one in this color. Betmar hats are great.

I like the hat very much but the brim is out of shape due to being crushed in the box. I am hopeful I can get the brim back to thd original shape.

This is a very nice hat, comfortable and keeps you cool. I did not give it 5 stars because it was delivered to me crushed and I am unable to get it back in shape. Zappos actually sent me a second hat free of charge because the first one was ruinec and the second was just as bad. And this is supposed to be a packable hat. Not so!

Unfortunately, I was not sent the hat that I ordered. I ordered the Betmar Classic Roll Up and was sent the Betmar Gossamer. The color and fit were fine, but it was not what I ordered. I agree with many of the customers who said that theirs hat arrived crushed because it was sent in a large mailing envelope. The company should take heed to its customers comments and send hats in a box to avoid damage. I'm afraid even if I were sent the correct hat, I would probably have ended up returning it because of it being damaged in transit. I will say that the representative in Customer Service was professional and very helpful in handling my return.

Adorable hat, but a little on the heavy side and not well ventilated so it got uncomfortably warm quickly. It was to large for me, unfortunately I had to return it.

I loved this hat... it was exactly what I was looking for. When I got it, the brim was mis-shapened from being packed. I left it out for a few days but it isn't returning to it's proper shape. I thought it was "packable" which is why I purchased it from the start. Any suggestions on how to re-roll the brim?

I received this hat today and although I like it very much, I'm not sure it will be wearable. The hat was packaged in only a plastic bag for shipping and it arrived rather badly crushed. I'll try letting it 'breathe' overnight, but the hat may have to be returned due only to its poor packaging.

This hat would have been perfect, but the hat came in a plastic bag, with no care, and was crushed.....what a shame....I would have bought a few more, since they fit me. This was not a crushable/packable hat. Sorry Zappos...let the manfacturer know!

They STUPID WAY it was packed inside the box crushed the hat and mad it unwearable!
