Not delighted with d'lites

Gorgeous shoes but after couple hours your feet hurt and there is no cushion foamy memory foam feeling like they say ..its hard

Doesn't accommodate orthotics, which can't be determined in the store as the insoles are glued in and can't be removed to put in orthotics to determine if they fit. I returned the shoe and bought a pair at another store where I was able to try on them on with my orthotics. I won't visit skechers again because of the uncomfortable quality and the very limited selection of wide shoes.

I matched the new wide shoe with my identical old wide shoe and it was about 1/2" smaller. I love skechers but they have changed and stopped making the work shoe in my size12w. I've tried the men's shoe but they are not the same. Please bring back the true12w so the ladies that need the bigger sizes have a bigger and better choice. I have been a skeckers person since I can remember.

Wear just two weeks but is already broken

First day I wore these shoes was an all day affair and by the late afternoon my feet were KILLING me! These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I have owned Skechers in the past and have LOVED them, however these have turned me off buying any more.

love the shapeups for work these were a horrible disappointment

The shoes were comfortable everywhere but the toe. I was in pain after wearing them for 3 hours. I returned them, but haven't received any reply communication regarding the return.

Don't recommend

I own a lot of Skechers because I love the memory foam footbeds ... a few pairs of lace-ups, a couple of slip-ons and 3 pairs of boots. I originally purchased this shoe in the beautiful & colourful Runway Ready model, in the size I normally wear. After wearing them for a few weeks of gradually increasing discomfort, I realized that the shape of this shoe is significantly different than the others I own and it was too short and too narrow in my usual size. By that point I couldn't return them, but I went to a store and tried to find a wide version with no luck. I thought they might have more options online, and discovered a style I liked in a half size larger and the wide version so ordered them - I loved the black patent trim on this model. I was hugely disappointed to receive the order and find they sent me something completely different ... just a plain black shoe. I contacted Customer Service and they told me to check the style number on the tongue - maybe the wrong pair was in the box? No such luck, the style number on the shoe and box were both correct. My conclusion is that the photo on the website does NOT represent the shoe, I am returning them and have had no further help or support from Customer Service. Very sad experience.

I have been wearing these shoes for years and was extremely happy with them. With the new shoe design that includes memory foam the fit is not longer comfortable and I will have to find a new shoe. My feet hurt so bad that I am unable to keep the shoes on for more than a couple hours due to the throbbing toes and sharp pain over the top of my foot. I tried to go up a half size but they slid on my heal.

Several years ago I purchased D'Lites mules. They were wonderful. Then you cheapened the shoe (the construction and put a horrible liner in the shoe that sticks to your socks) Next you went to this terrible supposed comfort fabric that breaks down and gives your foot no support at all. I unfortunately purchased several pairs and being as I live in a remote area from any of your stores. I am stuck with them. Also, after a few months wear, most of your current shoes are dumpster fodder. It is amazing that when a company puts out a good product, gains consumer acceptance. then cheapens an otherwise fantastic product rather than continue down the same road and charge a couple dollars for something exceptional

I've been a Sketchers lover for years. It's very difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable! Decided to try the D'Lites because they looked more durable than my Bursts, which came 'unglued' on the outside of the left foot after only a couple months leaving my foot hanging out. I also thought they would offer more support. I've had them a couple weeks now and honestly, they hurt. I've tried padded socks, thin socks, got gel insoles for them. But they hurt. I'm sticking to them. I can't afford not to. I'm hoping they will 'loosen up' in time. I still recommend Sketchers. This style just isn't working for me.

To work

I work on my feet all day. I always but schetchers. But this pair hurt my feet and because I tried wearing them I couldn't exchange them.

I was really looking forward to wearing these shoes, after I placed my order. Acouple shoe stores recommended for me to order Skechers since they make wides and they did not carry them in there stores and advised me they should be the best fit for me. However as soon as I received them I could tell right away they were to tight across the toe area. I tried to wear them for acouple hours to see if maybe I needed to break them in, however when I took them off my pinky toe was already red and swollen. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

I have returned the shoes which has not been easy dealing with your departments no one has called after numerous request by email. the foam goes to the toe in one shoe the other is missing two inches of shoe to toe. defective. I bought five pairs in your store this time i decided to buy on line as your store has limited supplies in size 11. but i will never buy direct again especially since it cost me additional 15.00 to return them. I will not recommed the website ever

Very tight uncomfortable

I am disappointed that I have had NOTHING but problems with Skechers shoes in our local stores. They are all of a sudden being manufactured on a Nike platform. As the manufactured promised and assured me they would rectify this problem. I still have my disgusting shoes worn about 3 months and they have not shipped anything.

Felt cheaply made. Did not like material or fit or comfort. Very disappointed and returned the product for a full refund

This shoe is nothing like the shape-ups I've had for years. I have had probably 10 pairs of shape-ups over the years but will not purchase anymore sketcher tennis shoes.

One shoes was bigger than the other food on both pair. I can tell you don't get them before you send them out. I will never buy on line again. A hundred dollars waisted.
