I LOVE these boots! I have such a hard time finding low boots that are flexible. Bought the ECCO Sport but they weren't flexible enough for my feet so I returned them. ECCO has always been my brand of choice for hiking shoes so I tried again and hit the jackpot with these. They are very comfortable. I take the insoles out and put my own orthotic in. It works! Also some low boots hit the back of my feet and make them raw but these do not and are just right. I recommend these to anyone who wants a flexible shoe. Most hiking boots are very stiff but these are super flexible and that's just what I want and need. Thank you!

I have been looking for a pair of mid height walking shoes for over a year!! Most mid have thick material or leather that hurt my ankles. These do not! Also, most waking shoes had arches that hurt my arch. These do not! Most are stiff, not flexible. These are VERY flexible and light. I LOVE THESE! Plan to buy a second pair.

These look like wonderful shoes but they run small and narrow. I wear a 9.5 and could barely squeeze my foot into these. I would order up a size if you are on the high end of the sizing, size 9.5 then order the 10- 10.5

I am not sure should I keep these shoes, even though I like them a lot. They are what I was looking for - light hiking shoes with some ankle support - but they feel a half size smaller than other Ecco shoes I own. From my experience, most Ecco hiking shoes run a bit smaller comparing to other styles. I guess I should try ordering a size bigger.

This boot would be good for walking in a wooded, soft trail but NOT for steep, rocky wet trails. I have been hiking for years and this is the first accident I have experienced and it was bad-three fractured ankle bones. If you are planning to hike in rocky area, do not purchase this boot. There is not enough traction.

Great boot but narrow at the toe. Have to return.

Good town rain boot. Light, comfortable and soft out of the box. Sole a bit thin for trail/rough ground. Heavy rain and dry feet. Happy.

I loved these shoes from the minute I put them on. They were very comfortable and the fit was great. However, I have a narrow foot so they might not be as ideal for someone with a wide foot. I haven't yet worn them for a hike but they feel very supportive and the grip seems good.

Really like these boots...fit well. I bought them one size up because I’ll be wearing winter socks with them.

Great looking shoe Well made Comfortable Light Weight Ran very narrow - with moderate support - I order up one size and added inserts. I am very picky and I am very happy with these shoes...off to the rainforest!!!

These boots are extremely comfortable and modern looking! Over the years, I have worn those chunky, clunky, not very comfortable boots and finally decided to buy a pair that looked good and had cushioning and support with a modern flair. I wear a 9.5 and ordered the size 9-9.5/40 which fit perfectly. I wear a light weight hiking sock with them with no problem at all. The best boot I've ever owned!!!

I did not keep these in the end. I was searching for waterproof shoes, and in the end I went with Tretorn, Lina, which are also narrower than average, but needed an additional insole to fit my feet. I wear orthotics and both the Ecco and the Tretorn accommodated these. I needed the narrow fit, but these seemed just a little too tight in the toe to be comfortable for me. Also the shoe laces seems a little too short. They are attractive hiking shoes and seem more comfortable than heavier hiking boots would be. I kept these while I searched for something that might be more comfortable, thinking that I would use them if I failed in my quest. They are attractive shoes.

This is a nice looking shoe and very lightweight. I so wanted to keep them but the toe box was just too narrow for me. I have a small bunion on one foot and I couldn't adjust the laces to be loose enough for it. They otherwise felt great.

Nice & lightweight. Good style. Just not quite wide enough for my bunion...For a person with a regular and/or narrow foot, this is a great shoe for light hiking!!

Right out of the box these are balanced, solid and very comfortable - I even pondered not putting in my own orthotics. After a day without them I realized there is not enough arch support. I am going to order another pair to keep on the shelf out of fear Ecco will stop making these...as they did with my other old faves several years ago.

If you have a long narrow foot, you will love these! I always have a hard time finding shoes that fit my 11N foot, but hiking boots are even more difficult. They seem to all be a M or W, and they all seem to run short. I got these in 11M and they fit perfectly. Also, they are very comfortable and light with none of the stiff bulkiness around the ankle that I find so uncomfortable in the leather styles. They cost more, but they are worth every cent!

Nice casual sport looking footwear. Appear to be well made with soft quality leather. Problem is width . These are definitely made for a narrow foot. I usually border on narrow side width when trying to find shoes/boots. So when saw some reviews on Ecco complaining about width thought this style was for me. I ordered normal width and these were extremely tight. A shame had to pack up and return. Thank you zappos for such an easy return policy.

Cute shoe and versatile because it’s waterproof but it is super narrow and I have a normal foot width. The length was perfect but I had to return because it was too narrow.

I love how light these boots feel on my feet.

These ran small for Ecco. Very rigid ankle. Sent them back.

Returned, not as comfortable as I thought they would be, and a bit more effort to get on than similar boots.

Very narrow, especially in toe box

I returned these although I am a fan of the brand. They felt TOO insubstantial, too lightweight. Not much "there", there. I don't think they would be much good for challenging walks, but I wanted something a little less heavy than my hiking boots. These are not the compromise I was seeking. They are nice looking though.

I normally love Ecco shoes, but this one came up short. Runs a bit small, but more importantly, it seemed flimsy. It's basically a hightop sneaker, and definitely not a hiking boot. Returning.
