I like the purse but not the strap. It is not the same fabric as the purse. My previous Baggaliini had strap made from the same fabric as the purse this is more of a webbing.

Was very disappointed there weren't more slotted spaces for credit cards and ID. I'll have to add another wallet to the purchase to make it more functional.

This is definitely small -- it can carry some small items (ideally flat), but you'd be stuffing a lot in. Just not my ideal size, and I don't carry much with me. Nice looking and pretty color, but too small for daily use.

I really wanted this bag but it didnt have the wallet outside and it was way way smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Should have considered the measurements more. Returned.

I have at least 4 of the older zipper bag and loved them. I got my first one of the new style with the external lower protruding pocket. It has a wider and better placed strap which I like. I loved the bag at the beginning but for some strange reason they felt the need to use sticky glue close to the seems of the new pocket. It got so annoying trying to unstick the phone to remove it and then to remove the stickiness from my phone that I have quit using that pocket. They need to find another solution to secure the pocket along the seems (which by the way is well sewn on) or just remove the sticky tape or what ever it is. Really disappointed because other than that it would have been great.

I have been using this as my everyday purse, in an effort to go lighter. It is great for that. I love that it's water resistant. I got caught in the rain t wice with it and everything was dry! My complaints are that it can be difficult to access items without pulling everything in that compartment out and the sideways pocket. I am not sure why anyone would want a pocket that when opened anything can and does fall out. This pocket can be used for papers, if the purse is full and puts pressure, then they won't fall out. Beyond that it's a useless pocket to me.

I love this purse, but the strap is too narrow and not very adjustable. It is uncomfortable if wearing for more than a few minutes. Not sure why they didn't put a buckle on the strap as they have for just about every other purse/bag they offer.

Love the baggallini brand and have had numerous different crossbody styles over the years, previously all bought in a retail store, not on-line. My retail locations didn't survive the pandemic, so I tried a direct on-line purchase. Positives: + Color is fun. + It's stylish. + There is a clip in/removable wallet. + The two zipper pockets at the front of the wallet are nice. Negatives: - There is no indication on the website of overall dimensions of the purse. I would love for this to have been available so I wouldn't have ordered the "wrong for me" size, or at least been able to compare the different crossbody styles by size. - The "credit card pockets" on the inside of the main zipper pocket are useless. They aren't deep enough and my cards have fallen out repeatedly. - There is an extra clip-in/clasp on the inside of the purse. This would be nice for my keychain, but mine was shipped to me broken. I didn't discover this until after using the purse for a week, so I'm out of luck for any return. - In theory, I could slip my phone into the zippered pocket at the outside/back of the purse, but it makes it bulky and sits weird to use it. - The strap. Ugh. It is PAINFUL if you have any weight in the purse and wear it for anything longer than the walk from the car to a store. I had it on a trip and my neck has nasty rub marks from the uncomfortable strap after a few hours of walking. Worse, you cannot unclip the default strap and replace it with something more useful (many years ago my baggallini purse had that option). I wanted to love this purse, but it is too small and too uncomfortable. The broken clasp also left me disappointed. Maybe I will try again with a different style, but not until I can get a better idea of which one might be a similar size to my previous "in person" purchases and if I can find a strap that doesn't cause me pain.

So sad they changed the design and got rid of my favorite feature! There was a hidden, lined phone pocket in the top that was such a great feature! I have given them as gifts so many times, but now it's just an average crossbody.

The cell phone pouch was too small for my phone, the shoulder strap was too thin and not comfortable. The material is very thin (doesn't hold its shape well) so everything slumps to the bottom. The RFID should be where the credit card holder is not the wristlet. I own other Baggallini bags that are better.

I have an older version of this bagg that I simply love. I rely on it for everyday and for travel. Unfortunately, the new version omits the RFID protection on the card slots, which is absolutely a necessity when traveling (or even shopping locally, these days). The wristlet IS RFID protected, but it takes up WAY TOO MUCH space in the purse, and has no interior organization, so is virtually useless. This bagg is going back. SO disappointed.

The previous design of this bag had a handy opening on the back side of the bag that was open on the top, so you could easily drop in your cell phone. This new bag has a zippered pocket that is open on the side, which is much less convenient. I definitely prefer the older design. This new bag is a bit larger, which is more convenient. Cheers,

I have used this purse for years, time after time. Usually I've been in a store and I can see what color the lining is. This time I ordered a charcoal purse online and when I opened it I saw a bright, garish purple lining! I hate purple!! But this wasn't just purpleit was a cross between magenta and purple! I sent B it back. Decided I didn't want to look at it everyday. I won't order it again online. How can they not tell you what color the lining is?

This is yet another lovely, well-made Baggallini product, but if you prefer to wear it on your right hip with the strap crossed over to the left shoulder the strap is all goofy and turned around. It is most definitely intended to be worn on the left hip. If it had swivel hardware on one side of the strap it would be a huge improvement, and it would not be getting returned. That being said, the vertical zipper on back is odd and the card slots being on the same side as the wearer's body (vs. facing the wearer on the front wall of the purse) would have gotten really annoying quickly. I probably could have tolerated these oddities if the purse sat on my right hip without the strap being wonky.

I had an older version of this bag for several years. Was so glad to find the style again. Unfortunately, it's smaller than my original one, and the wristlet no longer has a window where I kept my emergency contacts visible in the event I was in an accident. Not sure, but I think it's about an inch narrower across and I feel the expansion is also less. However, I'm working with it because the original met my needs so well and I'm trying to adjust to the smaller version.

This is a beautiful and useful bag, and the Pacific color is gorgeous. I couldn't wait to use it. I put it on the first day, and wore it to an outdoor event. I kept pulling at it and my friend kept straightening the strap, and I finally noticed that the strap was sewn on wrong. Instead of laying flat from back to front, it twists and will not straighten. I would return it, but I have used it; plus, my printer doesn't work and I can't print a label. I love ordering items from Zappo, but this time, they must have gotten a bad batch. Great disappointment and aggrevation.

The new design is less useful than the original. The width of the 2 side pockets is narrower, which limits the width of items you can carry, such as a normal-size comb. The separate bag is so small it is totally impractical. Please bring back the original design. Why mess up a good thing?

I can't leave a review because my bag hasn't shown up. I ordered Nov.29. The last update I received was on Dec 6. Since them nothing. Just says in transit. Today is Dec 13. I love these bags, but, your shipping?? Not so much.

My Pocket Crossbody Baggallini arrived yesterday, and I was so disappointed in the quality of this bag. The fabric is not the high quality I'm used to seeing, and the shoulder strap is flimsy. Honestly, it looked like a bad knockoff.

This purse was delivered in a plastic bag and it was flattened like a pancake with i think will be permant creases in odd place all over bag.

I own two of the same pocket bags I love that are no longer in stores. I have used the black one so much that the metal looks awful so wanted another. Saw what was the same one and ordered it. The one I received I had already bought as a substitute. It does not hold my IPhone 7 easily when anything else is in the bag and therefore I cannot use it. Very sad that the pictured one was not what I received. It is the one with the thinner strap.

The bag was just what I wanted but the color inside was horrible. Wish I had known. Would rate it excelent in a neutral color inside

its all good & handy, but when you wear it as fully long cross body, its bunch up in the middle, I hope Baggallini can replace it with new products that I may choose. I love the brand, I have bought before other types as well.
