This is simply the best day pack I've ever owned. It's as if Osprey took everything they've learned from customer feedback and developed the ultimate day pack. It has all the right features in the exact right places. Check out the Osprey video to get the scoop - great information. I noted several reviewers felt the fit, especially the molded hip belt was too small and confining - I couldn't disagree more. Follow the size guidelines and at least in my case - the fit (length) is right on. The molded and very padded hip belt feels great - snug but doesn't dig in and I can get it tight enough to balance the weight of the pack - but still be comfortable. I purchased this for hiking & I typically use a running-specific pack for trail runs - but the fit is so outstanding it would be a great 'fast-pack' hike/run hybrid - no pack bounce and hugs the body. I also love finally having a women's pack that is designed for my shoulders and I don't constantly find myself hiking with my thumbs in the straps to hold a pack in a comfortable position! No pack can be perfect for everyone - and for me, the chest strap which I was looking forward to having high enough for comfort (versus a unisex pack) is a bit too low. If I could wave a magic wand I'd ask Osprey to make it adjustable be having side straps to allow moving the chest strap up/down for comfort - or just make it an inch higher! Thanks Osprey!

This is a great pack! The construction is high quality, like all Osprey packs. There are lots of little pockets to help with organization, and a great perk that it comes with a hydration bladder! The Osprey AG suspension is so comfortable, it will hug your hips and stay on your back even if you don't have it buckled (if it's empty, that is). Also, regarding the color - I ordered "Spruce Green" and received a pack that was Osprey's "Bondi Blue". Volume-wise, this pack could accommodate what I would consider a lot of gear for a day hike, such as lunch and light sweatshirts for 2-4 people, plus essentials - keys, phones, wallets, first aid, etc. Ultimately, it was just a little too much pack for me.
