These are amazingly comfortable shoes for every day work or just for a casual event . The non heel sole makes almost feel like you are wearing a pair of sneakers. These wingtip have great detail in the leather again great for jeans or slacks. If your feet are wide like mine these are great and very light. My only dislike are the laces as mentioned in other reviews .laces are stiff and coated with some type of wax. But I picked a pair of round laces and they look great.

We received the Dr. Scholl's Braxton's in early June and put them on the same day. The look of the shoe is great, the wing tip style makes it a dress shoe and the wood inset in the sole helps it transition to casual wear also. The padding in the bottom of the shoe and under the tongue is very comfortable. The coated laces on the shoes seemed a little difficult to adjust at first, but after working with them a bit they became more flexible. Overall this is a great add to your shoe collection. It was like wearing a pair of tennis shoes to work.

What a great shoe! Dr. Scholl's Braxton is extremely comfortable. They work really well with my dress pants as well as my jeans. They will work well on a trip where I have a lot of walking but want to still look nice. Everything is great except the shoelaces are a little stiff.

These are great! Very comfortable. The top of the shoe box felt low at first but then I realized that it was a benefit in keeping the heel in the shoe. After 5 minutes, I didn't even notice it. These are perfect shoes for wearing everyday when you can't be in a sneaker. In terms of style, they are more practical, but they are still cool looking.

These comfortable wingtips go from work to walking with every step. Flexible sole and true to size fit. Soft leather.

Very nice style! Excellent comfort. The laces are a little stiff but I expect them to soften up over time.

I wish that these Dr Scholl's Braxton - Original Collection shoes would have been the right size...the box said they were a 9 but the shoe itself was an 11! That being said, when my husband slipped them on, he said that they were like walking on a pillow. There is a substantial amount of cushioning in the sole of the shoe, from the heel to the toes. They are clearly made with good leather...the smell hits you as soon as you open the box! Yum! The color is "true" black with black laces, while the heel is a dark wood grain. For being two sizes too big, they weren't all that big, they may run a little small. Very good looking, sturdy shoe.
