It has just the right number of pockets in the right places. I can find whatever I'm looking for without dealing with too many zippers. My favorite part is the front pocket, which makes it easy to find the small stuff and passport easily. When I get on a plane, it's important to be able to access those things without opening up every commpartment.

Love this backpack! Nice quality, looks nice, comfortable, does not feel bulky like others I tried, and many pockets available. Overall the best back pack I have purchase so far!

Nice looking professional backpack. The design was well thought out. Not too big and not too bulky. Lots of storage space/pockets. The materials seem to be of good quality, but time will tell. I think the only downside are the straps. They aren't as padded as my other less expensive backpacks.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
The backpack is sturdy and the construction is of great quality. I love that it has a lot of pockets to keep you organized and that the style allows you to go from the airport directly to the office. The issue that I have with the bag is that the main compartment is tapered so that it is more of a pyramid shape than a cube. This gets annoying when you have space at the bottom of the bag but cannot fit something in easily because it is too tall or oddly shaped. I feel that with a regular cube you wouldn't have that issue. I think the shape is the result of an extra pocket that is at the top of the bag which nicely fits sunglasses or a computer charger but then takes out flexibility in the main compartment.
An example of what you can fit in the bag all at once: wallet, calculator, pens and phone in the front pocket; computer charger in the side pocket; miscellaneous items in the other side pocket; computer in the back pocket; glasses case in the top pocket; tablet, e-reader, notebook, sweater and electronic accessories case in the main area; boarding pass and other travel documents in the small front zipper.
