This bag is almost absolutely perfect...it is adorable, great size, unique looking, stands upright without looking awkward, waterproof, non-animal, and the front pockets are the BEST for easy key and phone access. Unfortunately, I seemed to forget about Haiku's "strap" problem. They are so thin and uncomfortable and awkward, it ruins everything. I went shopping for one hour and realized I just couldn't stand that strap. I was secretly hoping Haiku changed their straps to make them thicker and more comfy to carry a somewhat heavy purse, or that I would just love the purse so much, I could just deal with it. I just can't deal with that thin strap digging in my shoulder. Sending it back and getting a Sakroots that I already know has a nice, comfy strap!

This is the Tardis of handbags: It seems much bigger on the inside. The perfect everyday bag, the Ascend holds everything I need (big wallet, phone, an array of lipsticks, a bag with my son's epipen, keys, card case, comb) with room to spare, and it's quite comfortable to carry. I went with the gray stripe, which is understated and versatile; it'll work with everything I wear. The hardware for connecting the straps seems quite sturdy. All in all, I'm not sure how I lived without this bag for this long, and I'm glad we have finally found one another. We shall live happily ever after, my Ascend Hobo and me.

I love this bag. It's exactly what I have looking for and I love the color. It's also light weight.

This is by far the most functional purse I’ve ever owned. I travel a lot so wanted something lightweight and easy to clean. I like to have different pockets so that everything is where I expect it to be when I need it. I can easily slip a bottle of water in one of the outside pockets. It’s not high-fashion but it’s neutral.

Good size and plenty of pockets to keep you organized. The outside key and phone pockets mean I never lose them! The long strap (removable) is a bit awkward and doesn't really match the rest of the bag. I usually use with just the short shoulder strap and it works fine.

This says it all: My mother has dementia and when I took her to the doctor she said that my purse was the most beautiful bag she has seen! She seldom comments on anything anymore. It is light weight, good size, comfy, excellent price. You can't beat Zappos!

This bag is the perfect size for me and the pockets are handy for organizing my phone, keys and reading glasses. I like the fact that this bag will stand up on its own, but when I carry it as a crossbody or on my shoulder, the round bottom casues it to stick out and look odd, not flush against the body.

GREAT BAG! I've learned what bag sizes, styles, weight etc. give me the most versatility and this bag meets most all of it! I actually bought it in Navy as well. The 'Grey Poplar' color was the perfect choice to take ONE bag on vacation this summer. It blends with most anything color wise. It's not too casual and not too dressy. The size holds the essentials (which in my case are more than most for medical reasons). It's easy to add a bottle of water, and other extras. The straps aren't super comfortable with more weight, but that's not surprising. The versatility with straps is also great. Lastly, I love the compartments! I've actually figured out which ones to use for keys, phone/headphones, important documents...I even use one for my wallet which constantly ends up at the bottom of bags. Nothing is for everyone, but for lightweight, decent capacity and versatility, this bag is a great find!

I've been wearing haiku purses for about a decade and this might be my favorite one yet. As always the quality is really good and I know this purse is going to last me a long time. I love the two strap options and it's the perfect size for every day as well as for traveling.

Great purse with lots of pockets. A little smaller than expected but still holds a lot.

I bought this bag a while ago, and it is still one of my favorites. It is a big bag that holds a ton without it feeling huge. I use it for an everyday bag, but it also can hold my water bottle, lunch, and snacks for work. I like using the shorter shoulder strap. It is very comfortable and stays put. I am considering getting a second one in another fun pattern!

This is a great bag! Great organization, lightweight and perfect sized. I am new to the Haiku but now I have two pieces from them and they make good quality bags

I really wanted to like this bag, but the shape wasn't quite what I want. I was expecting hobo, but this is more bucket bag with a shaped bottom. Haiku bags in general are great, though.

I love the haiku bags, this is my sixth one. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but it still holds everything I need.

Visually cute but the inside zip pocket was not large enough for me and the other not zipped one was not sized for dividing up item placement.
