I've warn georgias barracuda boot for 15 years working in the tile trade. They last me 2 years a pair if I was not so hard on them they would last me longer. Comfort wise, Put it this way I prefer to be in my boots even on weekends!

I purchased this boot for my son for Christmas. I am very impressed with the quality!! My son loves the fit and the comfort as well. I was also impressed with the lightening-fast shipping. I will happily purchase from this company again.

I've worn Danner ,Wolverine ,Vasque ,Rockport and Tony lama these are the ones I'd pick every time. I've sweated through these boots on 114 degree days and still been comfortable at the end of the day. ( Well as comfortable as one might be) I use these as summer boots because they really breath for 8" boots. When I bought my first pair they cost more than they do now. Still waiting to see which gives out first s leather or sole. Oh yea if you never tried wedge soles before try them now their great.

We had some difficulty finding this boot locally and it was getting close to the time to replace his current pair so we ordered on line. The turn-around time was great and he is a very happy camper.

I've been wearing these boots for about ten years now. I'm hard on boots as I am a cement finisher. The sole is perfect, not holding mud or debris. About 8 years ago I bought a pair of the same boots on clearance that were insulated and waterproof. I still have them battered and worn and only wish they were still available. In my opinion there is no other boot as comfortable,no break in needed. I sure hope they start manufacturing the insulated waterproof version again.

I've been wearing Georgia boots 30 plus years (loggers and then past 10 years wedges).I couldn't find my size at local store so ordered on line . thought maybe less expensive but to my surprise same price. Not complaining these are worth cost just thought with out middle man they'd be a little less. Here was the issue all the wedges I've broke in have have been comfortable from day one! love the boot, but this pair not so. I don't know if Georgia changed something in the stitching right wear the bottom of the tongue sewed in, but the top of my feet took a full week.Might let QC guys know.FYI

I have now owned these boots for two years and I love them! I have worn these boots everyday since.I have gone hunting, fishing, hiking and grocery shopping in them.they have been thru mud, snow, water, feces and to the dark depths and back! They have held up great and still have a lot of life left. I do wish they had a little more traction on the soles maybe an extra 1/16 of an inch . When I first started wearing them it felt like I was walking on a cloud because of the insoles, they molded to my feet after about a month of wear but still very comfortable after that. If you enjoy wearing boots every day these would be great boots to get . I hope this review helps you on your next boot p purchase.enjoy

I have had these boots for about 6 years. The toes are worn through and the bottom soles are cracked in two and about worn off yet they are still the most comfortable boot i have owned! Im about to buy a well needed replacement.

I wore these shoes for a full year. Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn in my 30+ years of farming, ranching and in an industrial mechanical setting on concrete, grating and everything else. I am very hard on shoes and very few hold up. These did with great comfort. The only thing that could be better is that there would be a water-proof and insulated version. Until then, I am forced to buy a competitors shoe for the wet and cold season. But if they ever make the waterproof/insulated version, I will be done shopping because I have tried a lot of competitors and they are uncomfortable as heck.

I highly recommend this boot for someone who works in doors but is required to wear steel toe or looking for a summer boot. I have to say steel toe and my wide feet don't mix but this boot feels more comfortable than my shoes! I work as a maintenance man in a factory and now half the crew is wearing them over their RedWings. After some wear and tear I ended up putting some doctor scholl inserts in them and they feel like new.
Originally I was worried about the shank in the sole climbing ladders and silos but it hasn't been an issue. I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BOOT AS LONG AS I CAN STILL GET THESE!!
PROS:
very comfortable
no breakin required
non slip
descent durablility considering leather material
you cant feel the steel toe unlike every other boot
electrical safety boot (other version of boot if you require it)
CONS:
Ummm....not sure
it's obviously not waterproof so don't buy if this is an outdoor work book unless you work in florida
