Oh how I wanted these cute shoes to work for me. The fit-perfect, the leopard-gorgeous, the heel height was higher than I expected but still super comfortable and easy to walk in, the strap in the front was stylish and I think helped with the comfort. So why then did I return these shoes? Because from the moment I put them on, they sounded like rubber rain boots, the kind you wore as a kid. For a second I thought....I'll work around that....but I work in a very quiet office and everyone on the whole floor would hear me coming. UGH. I might try a half size up if it becomes available, perhaps that would take away the awful sound my feet made in these beautiful shoes. Thank you Zappos for making shoe (and everything else) shopping fun, easy and convenient.

I had bought a pair of these heels at the store in gold when I found them here in more color options. I ordered the sand and it was a totally different fit than the gold ones despite being the same size so I ended up sending them back. The heels are really gorgeous on. I don't typically wear shoes that I can't fit my orthotics into and so in terms of comfort, I could never rate a heel as comfortable! That said, I survived in them on my feet for 5 hours. I typically wear a 7.5 but had to get the 7s.

The description says the heel is 3". It's actually 3.5" which unfortunately is a dealbreaker for me. I bought the red and it is a gorgeous colour. The shoes are more comfortable than you'd expect - a bit of padding in the insole and the strap is just the right width and tightness to give a bit of support to your foot without chafing. Unfortunately, three inches is my upper limit for being able to walk without clomping about flatfootedly like Bambi. The extra half-inch rather undermined the elegance I was seeking. I very sadly returned them.

What a timeless classic work heel! The color and style are wonderful. I wish it had more arch support, but you can’t be too picky for a heel in this price point. CK did a great job with this one! Love it. (I own it in 3 colors, now!). Thanks, Zappos!

These are super cute and very comfortable for heels. They feel like high quality shoes. Sadly though there is too much toe cleavage for me to keep them.

Beautiful and sexy shoe. I needed an attractive shoe to wear to meetings that had a conservative heel. The strap is comfortable and keeps the shoe securely on my foot. My one concern is that I have somewhat wide feet, so the front inside of my foot very slightly rubs on edge of the material that covers the front of my foot. Not a reason to send the shoes back. If after a few wearings it doesn't cause a blister or hot spot, I'll buy a few more colors. I'm a size 6 and it fits perfectly.

Ordered in two sizes in medium width, since I am between sizes. It is a beautiful, feminine shoe but the toebox was too narrow and too short for my foot. So sad. Both pairs will have to be returned.

These are beautiful shoes. They are somewhat comfortable meaning I don't think I could dance all night (or even a couple of hours) in these shoes but they are not totally uncomfortable. They are very stylish. Unfortunately I ordered them to hopefully use with a dress I purchased for a particular event. However they did not go will with this dress. It kind of clashed with the dress' horizontal stripes. So sadly back they went. Thank you Zappos for your excellent return policy.

This is a gorgeous shoe, and I am disappointed it didn't work for me. The outside of the toe box dug into the side of my foot just under my little toe on both feet. I wear a size 10M 99% of the time. Despite their versatility and beauty, I knew I would not be able to wear them for any extended length of time. If you have a slightly narrow foot, they may work for you.

The Lipstick Red color is a show-stopper, and that's what you're paying for here. This really is a gorgeous shoe. For the price, I would have expected more padding from Calvin Klein, either on the bottom of the shoe or within the shoe itself. This is something they've done with less expensive models. Also, while the arch support is good, the shoe's midsection creaks when I walk, suggesting a lack of stability in the build from the front to the back of the shoe. However, I've worn the shoe for hours at a time and have not found it uncomfortable. This is mostly due to the comfortable toebox. (If you have purchased Calvin Klein shoes before, you'll find that the toebox for the normal size tends to be wide enough for most feet, as it was here). This shoe was in line with the dimensions of other Calvin Klein shoes I've purchased and loved.

Beautiful. They just are big. Can they make a size 4.5??? I want them so much but I don't think I can keep them. The cross strap keeps them on your feet but the heel is wide and it does slip.

I often have problems fitting into pumps, too long. These fit great. The strap that goes across the foot is padded underneath and is very comfortable. Love the color a bit darker than the picture. they're so cute love them.

Always loved CK pumps , classy , chic and soo comfortable, but this style runs wide so had to return it.

Didn’t care for the look of this shoe in person. I returned them. The stretchy part on the side felt a bit odd.

Was happy these shoes came in Wide Width but the leather size 10 wide width doesn’t fit the same as the patent leather size 10 wide width. I’m keeping them but wondering if they are really wide width as the patent leather ones.

the shoe was cute but the fit was odd. the strap that goes across the foot made my feet feel like it's twisting and threw off my balance a bit. shoe was also a bit snug for a size that usually fits slightly lose.

Too large. Strange, I wear a 6.5 but nowhere on the shoe did it say size. Definitely too large for my foot. Makes me wonder if a 7 got into a 6.5 box ??

The shoes are very uncomfortable. They look amazing but there is no comfort. I returned them, thanks to Zappos' great return policy!

Very disappointed but I wore them twice and still extremely uncomfortable.

Incredibly uncomfortable. They cut into the inside of my inner big toe the instant I put them on and stood up. Didn't even try to wear them longer. But I love the style...very sexy
