I had this shoe for approx. 10 months and hardly wore them, and the stitching at the seam which holds the collar in place is unraveling. I'm disappointed in Ugg's making on this, as well as in Zappos' customer service as they told me there is nothing that can be done about the issue as the shoes they sell (of all kinds of quality brands) are expected to last only 6-9 months, with some lasting more and some possibly lasting less time, and since I am out of the 9 months, nothing can be done. (Sigh!)

I read almost every review for this item. Having never bought any UGGs before I noticed that depending on the style, really determined the fit. What I saw in the reviews of this slipper was mostly "true to size", so I went with my normal 9. While the 9 does technically fit out of the box length wise, it is too wide and when the wool tamped down my 9 became a "wear with socks to keep them on my feet". I have an average M width foot. So I ordered an 8. A full size down from my normal size. They fit PERFECTLY. The width is awesome, the length is perfect and once the wool tamps down they still won't slide off my bare foot. Lucky me I get 2 pairs of slippers! My advice: if out of the box you are worried they are slightly too large, box them back up and order a size down. Then compare. Then send one back. These are cushy, easy to walk in, warm, solid slippers that don't pinch or scrape! Well worth the wait to get the exact right size!

I wasn't exactly sure what size to order. I generally where either an 8 1/2 or 9. I ordered size 9 and they are a perfect fit. They stay on my feet and are super comfortable and well made. I have back issues and need footwear that provide decent support and these slippers do the trick. I am looking forward to years of wear. I'm happy I sprung for them since cheaper slippers have never provided enough comfort or support for me. These are perfect.

I've worn Ugg slippers for years and again had them on my Christmas list. I received this pair and was doubtful at first but gave it a try. I always wear a size down from normal shoe size in an Ugg. Zappos "top notch" customer service helped with my exchange and I've worn them daily ever since. This pair has a cushioned heel which is very comfortable. I'll ask for this style again. Absolutely love them.

Perfect warm, comfortable, easy on/off slipper for cool SF mornings. Has indoor/outdoor sole for those quick trips carrying out the garbage. Highly recommend. I wear an 8.5 usually, ordered the 9 since no half sizes are offered and they fit well.

Although a bit narrow for my wide foot I still love them. They did stretch a little. I wear them both indoors and out.

I have always worn slippers that I could wash which meant they had a thin, flat sole. My foot started to protest. I needed a slipper that that had support. The Ugg aira fit the bill perfectly . They feel so luxurious. I find myself practically living in them when I am at home. I won't ever go back anything less.

These are just fun to wear. Cozy and durable.

Love love love ugg slippers. Once you have worn them, nothing else will do. I say they are totally worth the price tag. They are warm and comfortable. The bottom of the shoe is hard enough and durable enough to wear out on the porch. But still comfortable enough to feel like a cozy slipper. This style is not over the top for me but who’s looking at home anyways ?

I love these slippers and how they hug my feet keeping them from slipping off. No breaking in period; I wear a size 8 and these fit perfectly, true to size. Perfect.

I never leave a review for anything, but these slippers feel so good I'll make an exception. I have size 12, very finicky feet. It is rare I can find anything comfortable in my size. I usually have to wear men's shoes. Surprisingly, these slippers are really size 12 and very comfortable. Outrageous price for slippers, but when I find something in my size that is this comfortable, even for just around the house, I will gladly pay it.

Fit was true to size. Love the look. Didn't like how stiff the sole is. These are more like street shoes than slippers. When walking through my house on wood floors, I could hear myself "clomping around". Also, the label in the footbed felt "scratchy" without socks. Really wanted to keep them for the way they look, but too stiff for slippers. Returned.

I really wanted to like this slipper. I loved the style. But the foot bed was so hard that after 5 minutes, my feet hurt. I have flat feet and these offered no cushion or support at all. Back to Zappos they go. The search is on for another slipper.

I have bought this same item in the past and liked it very well, but am disappointed with trying to order it again now. The leather in this one seems flawed and general quality not as good as with previous order.

The foot bed of these slippers was too hard. They were not at all comfortable to walk in and offered no arch support. My foot slid in them when I walked because the insole was too hard to hold my foot. I loved the look and the feel of the fabric of the insole, but was so disappointed in the performance.

Love UGGs slippers. They are super cute and comfortable!

It was a size too large. I loved the way that the material felt on my feet. I think that as a result of having fit too large, my slipper wrinkled, even with thicker socks. the bottom is much too thin, wears thru too quickly.
