I am a woman who wears a size 5. I found these in youth and contacted Timberland to see what size I would wear. They told me 3.5, but since I am planning to wear homemade boot socks, I ordered a 4. We were both right. If you wear a 5 the 3.5 will fit without socks, but you will need the 4 if you are planning to wear a heavy sock. I am so lucky that the purchased turned out well. Will enjoy walking my husky in these great boots.

Where do I even start? I consider myself an experienced hiker, I've done week-long treks and countless one-day trips. I bought these shoes for a 7-hour hike because I'd forgotten my hiking boots at home. I knew they were made for kids, but this was the only pair that fit me in the store. While the weather at the hike was just perfect (no rain and around 60 degrees), I felt my feet getting wet after walking for only about 2 hours. At the end of the hike, the area around my toes was soaked with sweat, which had never happened to me before with any pair of shoes. The Timberdry membrane promises to be waterproof and breathable, but they're definitely not breathable! To make matters even worse, for the first time in my life, I ended up with Athlete's foot. Thanks for nothing, Timberland. Oh, and don't even get me started on their returns policy.

This is a great boot. It looks so cool I am going to get one for myself now (this was for my son). The sizing is a little curious to me. My son wears a size 6 youth and so I got him this in a size 6 but it seemed a little on the bigger size. He was able to lace it tightly and wear it and will grow into it with time so it was fine. But something to keep in mind if you want the perfect fit.

I had a travel to Colorado and that mean hiking at least 10 miles daily. At the beginning I have a doubt if this will be the best pair of shoes. Today I can say that it was a perfect election. Thanks

Fantastic work and hiking boot. Very durable and comfortable. These were a gift, and my last pair lasted me years, so I was so happy to receive another pair.

Due to a neuroma on my right foot I have problems finding shoes and boots that I can wear without pain. These are wide enough and give me the proper support that allow me to go hiking without pain.

When I think of rain or going downtown after a rain, I am reaching for my hikers. I do not tolerate wet feet very well. My sole motivation for getting these boots was the fact that they are waterproof. But, the first time I wore them, I received a nice compliment about how nice they looked!

I've had at least 10 pairs of these boots over the years. I've had on and off plantar fasciitis for years. These are the only boots that I can wear for 10K+ steps a day that don't make my feet hurt afterwards. #SWEEPSTAKES

I bought a different color just like the one in the picture back in 2017. I still have them. They're still in good shape. I wear them not as much as I used to but it's an awesome shoe. I love it. That's why I bought these the darker ones and they are just really nice. They're their lightweight. They're comfortable their waterproof. I've already put them to the test And it held up excellent and I would buy the shoe time and time again. I mean they last so long.

These boots are very comfortable. They don't require any break in period. They are just comfortable right out of the box. I hope you continue to keep these boots available because it would be so bad for me if you discontinue making them.
