I really like these boots. I was able to wear them out of the box. My only complaint is there is no arch support. I wear orthotic inserts and they worked well.

I love this boot. I was surprised by how comfortable it is. I have a very short, wide foot. Barefoot, I measure a 5.5 (if that) - I order 6.5 to accomodate width, with socks. I sometimes wear a 6 Wide but that is rarely an option. This boot is wide enough for me in 6.5, and with the square (one might say stumpy :) toe it is very comfortable - a slight rub on my right ankle that is already easing up after 2 wearings. Since it is a lace up, I can pull it as tight as I need (I have pretty small calves and ankles). I find the ankle support excellent. I have an extremely high arch and instep. Re: arch, the support is moderate -- I do not think I will have to add an arch support insert. No problem with the heel padding so far. Re: instep, once again the laces are completely adjustable, I appreciate the side zipper but they are still hard to get off (no problem getting on). I am happy I bought these. Other Harley-Davidson's of the same size do not fit my foot as well as this. And, of course, Zappos customer service is awesome.

Really well made, nice leather, light weight for size. Really a great bad-ass boot, but a little too bad-ass for this gal. Sending them back and keeping the more understated boot.

Fit is good. Love the style! the toe box area is shaped a bit different than the photo looks. But still very cute. Seem comfortable so far.

These are great boots. Military style and look great with jeans over or in them. I could even wear them with certain shorts. Very stylish and would highly recommend.

The perfect riding boot for me!

These boots are so amazing...I love them almost too much! The arch support is perfect for my slightly flat feet, and the fit is glorious- I wore them all day for the entire weekend, with no discomfort. Love that you can adjust the fit with the laces, but still have the ring and ring-buckle details. Also, they don't make even a size 10 foot look huge, a complete bonus in a "big black boot". Love that the leather is thick and supple, too- these are quality boots. Love 'em!

I got these boots for my teenage daughter. The boots do have a wide toe box which is great because her feet are between average and wide.

OMG these are absolutely fabulous! I am wearing them with a skirt today and I just received them. The shipment came in one day and customer service is the greatest they were on point with communication and I love it. I have a few more items I already have in my cart to order simply because I had a GREAT customer experience (and I purchase from a wide swath of vendors). I must say that Zappos understands quality customer service hands down. By the way the boots are great and they are true to size. There isn't any arch support but I will buy something to put in the boot to address that challenge. Other than that, the look, feel, quality and construction are spot on! Love these boots. They are well made and are of genuine leather. I can not say that about the knee high boots that I ordered last month and returned because the upper shaft is pleather I go riding on my 2600llb draft horse and they are sturdy with a heal that can Be felt by my horse. Great support and good boot to wear daily as well as doing work on my farm.

Seem to be good so far, not as much support as I had hoped but I have been wearing them around as of yesterday trying to break them in some. I actually thought about swapping them out for a different pair, but now that I have them I will probably stay with them. They are the perfect height to be able to fit jeans over and if you wear a skinny jean they have enough room to fit inside the boot too. I'd say for ordering online, they couldn't have been a better fit.

They don't make Harley boots like they use to. IMPORTED JUNK.

I have a low volume/bony foot, narrow heel and widish forefoot. The boot felt good except has scratchy sides on top of shaft. Could have gone up a 1/2 size too
