Second pair of Hatley rain boots we've purchased! Love them! They are only slightly more than cheap Target boots. These stay dry but the ones I've purchased from Target eventually leak. They run 1.5 to 2 sizes large...great for putting thick wool socks on to keep toes warm on cool, wet days.

Perfect rain boots for my almost five year old. I wanted boots that were free of chemicals and harsh smells and these are perfect. The quality seems excellent and she loves splashing around in the puddles.

Adorable design, the fit seams true to size. My 2 yr old wears a 5.5t and I ordered a six. She can put these on by herself and they are not overly bulky or heavy so she has no prob walking in them. We have been puddle jumping Andreas boots have kept her feet dry. So over all I'm a happy mom.

Good quality boots. My daughter asks to wear them all the time. Easy to get on and off. Very cute design and true to size.

We love these adorable boots. They do run a little big so if you order your child's true size they will have room to grow into them or wear them with thick socks in place of snow shoes.

These boots fantastic! They are adorable, and my 22 month old loves them. She can put them ob and take them off on her own. She likes to wear them around the house, even. They are very grippy so she doesn't slide around on wet surfaces. Can't recommend these enough!

This is a solid boot for a child. The strength of the sole and the thickness of the sidewalls offer good foot and lower leg protection. The colors and shape of the footwear are attractive so they are worn a lot. This boot does have a feel of longevity.

Items arrived within 5 days. Well packaged. True to size. My granddaughter loved that her raincoat, umbrella and boots all matched!!

I read quite a few reviews for the other entry for these Hatley boots, most of which noted they ran large. However, we got the rainbow unicorn pattern, which is a new pattern for Hatley, and it appears that they have made these boots pretty true to size. My daughter wears an 8 or 8½ depending on the brand and the size 8 was perfect. I was looking for a bit of growing room, so we did exchange them for the 9, but at least for the new patterns, it appears they are pretty true to size. She absolutely loves them and was able to run around outside pretty well and really enjoyed having the loops to help her put them on. They are a little heavy, but that did not seem to bother her.

Solid quality rain boot. Looks exactly like picture. Hatley brand has consistently been a high quality brand that fits my daughter. Very true to size.

True to size, but way too heavy for my 2 year old. She could barely walk and the heel was too high for her.

I gave this one star since it is a rain boot and while walking in the rain and splashing in puddles the inside of the boots became very wet. At noon we were done using them. The next morning they were still drenched inside so I put them in the sun to dry. By 8:00 PM that day they were mostly dry, but I still needed to put them in the sun the next day to dry them completely. Keep in mind this was hot July sun. They were soaking enough where we could not have used them the same day if needed. That is the disappointing thing about this boot and why I would not recommend them.
