The shoe fit like an 8 instead of a 7. Not enough arch support for me.

The shoes were fine they were my second pair just a different color and I really like Clark shoes they are mostly the only brand I purchase.

The fit and size were spot on. My only complaint is with the color of the shoes. They were advertised as pewter---They are NOT pewter! Pewter is dark gray with a dull metallic shine. These shoes are more a dark gold with a dull metallic shine. I don't wear anything gold. This is not Zappos fault, but the fault of the Clark's shoe company. I am returning them and thankful that Zappos has such a liberal return policy. Now I can shop for another pair of shoes!

Looked nice in the box, but, Yikes! when I put it on. Very unflattering and uncomfortable. I felt like my foot was flopping around in the shoe. The velco adjustment really didn't help at all. This one was returned.

First, the brown ones I got in a 12 W look like man sandals. Second, the sizing was way off. I prefer a wide but I can wear a medium, so my foot isn't that wide. The width was a little tight, especially for a wide. Second, the sandal was about an inch too long! Really, it should have been sized a 13 or 14M. They went back. They did seem well constructed.

I don’t know how this could be a wide. It is a narrow to medium at best. It is a cute shoe but was unwearable. It is also 1/2 size longer and very narrow. I sent it back.

I love Clark's and while the footbed was as comfortable as all the shoes I've gotten in the past, it's the leather straps that did me in. I had sores on the top of my feet from the stuff leather rubbing. I'd return them if I hadn't thrown away all the packing material.

My feet are swollen and even though the sandals have adjustable velcros straps, the sandals still weren’t wide enough. I normally wear a D width but these weren’t wide enough .

When I first put them on, they felt good on my feet. But with less than a day of walking around in the house, I started to notice how little padding they have in the bottom and my feet and legs started to feel tired. I can't imagine actually walking out on the street in them. The style is adorable, they are flattering on my feet, and they fit well without adjusting the straps. Unfortunately, they feel like an expensive shoe and they will be returned.

These are easy to slip on, but my arch feels like it's stepping on part of the strap. I ordered a medium and have never had to order a wide in sandals, so take that as you will.

Loved these shoes in white. Very Stylish, But am having to return as they are TOO long for me. Usually I can make a 5 work for me in Clarks, especia;;y with velcro fastners, but this style runs larger. I really wear a 5 N or a size 35 in European sizing.

Super cute and fit well, but the insides of the straps; especially the one across the toes, are very scratchy. I could tell that in a very short time my feet would have raw spots from the rubbing. Fix that, and they were just about perfect!

I ordered these in the 10 Narrow width in Pewter. My foot is so slim and narrow finding sandals can be difficult. This sandal was comfortable and the three velcro straps seemed ok until I started walking and the were "crunchy" sounding movement of the velcro straps when I walked... I wondered if that would go away in time. Sorry, had to return but thank you Zappos for the great return policy!

I was going to keep them because they did fit my 12 N foot. However, I could not think of anywhere I would wear them. They are not cute at all. They looked bad w/ shorts and skinny jeans. I had to return them. They are bulky and unattractive.

I have a pair of black a few years old that never rubbed blisters on my toes - these do! Sending back. (Still love Clark’s!)

This is an attractive shoe that actually fits a truly narrow foot. I will probably keep the shoe for the narrow fit alone. The straps are really stiff and uncomfortable on my feet, however, and I will have to get used to these shoes, wear bandaids, or figure something out. I am so desperate for a narrow fit, I can’t bring myself to return these. For reference, I wear an 8.5 narrow in athletic shoes like New Balance running shoes, and an 8 narrow or slim in all other shoes. These Clarks fit me in a 7.5 narrow.

I was a little disappointed, they were not as comfortable as I had hoped, no arch support. I returned them.

I liked these well enough, they fit true to size, but the edges of the Velcro on the straps was scratch and poked the tops of my feet and toes. Returned them.

I have a narrow foot and it's hard to find sandals that fit. Love that these straps are velcro so I can adjust them to my foot.!

Narrow was too wide for my 7 narrow foot. : (

My problem with these shoes is simply that the color is a little lighter than depicted in the photo which may seem trivial, but I just didn't like the color so I returned them.

These were very nice shoes but my one complaint was the velcro conectors was not long enough.

I have this shoe in another color. When my feet hurt I fall back to wearing these as it supports my arch in the correct position. The straps are close enough together to prevent my little toe from slipping out. A downside is that on one shoe the leather beneath the toe became unattached. I was able to glue it down but it looks a little hokey. The traction on the bottom of the shoe was worn smooth after one season and became prone to slipping if worn on a wet surface. They are definitely worth buying if you can get them on sale.

Ordered wide, an unusual occurrence for me, so my usual 7 felt overly long. May return for 6 1/2 wide in same adjustable style. Really miss the Sunbeams with buckles that allowed width flexibility instead of the simple Velcro which is less slick looking.

The velcro closures are very stiff and uncomfortable. I have been wearing them with socks to break them in... Hopefully they will get more comfortable as the leather straps are also too stiff!
