These are fantastic if you like your bum. The cheeky cut and ruching are very flattering.
I am 5'2" 130ish pounds, usually wear size 28 pants and the medium fit well. Snug enough to stay on but they don't dig in anywhere.
These would not be my first choice for athletic activity, they stay on but they don't stay put, especially in the back.
