If you are going to ship European sizes; this has to be part of the sizing. I ordered a size 7 and Euro size of 38 was sent. Extremely too large. Hoping size 6 /37 fits. Really love the color and fabric.

Lovely shoe. Well made and looked like the shoes I see on actresses on PBS shows like "Father Brown" and "The Refugees", which were my inspiration. Used to wear espadrilles a lot in the 70s. Alas, they gapped a bit on top, but otherwise fit well. I wear a size 9, sort of narrow foot but flat on the top.

So you get what you pay for. This are awesome! I was very reluctant to spend so much on a pair of espadrille wedges that aren't too high but high enough. I've been searching high and low with no luck. I've bought 2 pair spending as much as this one pair and I should've just bought these. THESE.ARE.PERFECT! The height is perfect enough to wear with shorts but not too high where you feel skanky. The comfort is great! Right out of the box they feel already broken in. I love love love these! Well worth every penny! I'm a size 9 all the time and the size 9 is perfect.

So I have a terrible bunion and was looking for shoes to wear to a wedding. These would be perfect, so if you have wide feet you should like these. Comfy, not too high. However, I have been wearing zero drop shoes for about a year now so even this small elevation was awkward for me. Give these a try they are super cute!

These are so gorgeous & comfortable! However, I'm a size 8, which is 38 1/2 in European sizing -- and these lovelies only come in whole sizes. The best wedge/heel/platform shoes (that you can walk in) always seem to be made in Europe as whole sizes. I'm so bummed. If you're a half-size and you're thinking about these, get them; you won't be disappointed.

I always hesitate with European sizing but I gave this a try. I am normally an 8.5 medium width and I got the 39. Fits is great and the show is very comfortable. The heel is not too high but just enough to not look dumpy. I will be wearing these shoes a lot this summer!

Wonderful shoe! I don’t measure as having a wide foot, but find that shoes are often snug. This shoe seems to be wider than the average shoe. Super soft and comfortable. I wear a 7 1/2 and it fit perfectly.

I have been around and around on the sizing of these. The shoe is beautiful. Do not order these if you have narrow feet, they run quite wide in the toe box. I usually wear a 6.5-7, M-W and wound up keeping the 37, almost kept the 36 but it was slightly too short. One pair that I received had the strap un-sewn on the side and hope this is not a reflection of overall quality. I think they can be worn with shorts or a skirt/dress. All in all hopefully a great shoe for the summer.

This shoe is so comfortable, like you are walking barefoot! Ankle strap does not hurt, rubber sole fantastic! Worth every penny. I wear a 9 medium in every shoe and this fit perfect.

I love the shoe but it was too narrow and ran small. Will be exchanging for another size

I absolutely LOVE this shoe, but it runs very large. I wear a solid 7.5 and had to order a 6-6.5 and still had a little room. I'm a runner with a little wider forefoot, extremely high arch and tiny heel and this shoe fits great and looks feminine. (Not great arch support, but the strap somehow keeps my foot secure and feels ok.) Perfect height too. Not too high. I now have the camel AND black and I'm waiting for the denim to come back on stock!

What a fabulous shoe! It isn't too heavy, and has that perfect heel height - - it is low enough to be comfy for walking, but high enough to give you that look you want. It has a fabric back that flexes and cups your heel as you walk. I usually wear a 7.5 to 8, and bought the 8 in this after reading other reviews. Right choice!

These shoes were comfortable, right out of the box, and fit my wider foot nicely. The heel is also very manageable - not high (if that's what you're looking for). The suede upper is very comfortable & flexible on the foot. I returned this shoe ONLY because I ordered two pairs of espadrille wedges and like the Soludo wedge a tad better

Comfortable from the moment they went on my feet. No problems with wearing them, no breaking in period. These run comfortably wide - I have a wide foot and these did not pinch and the toe box base was plenty wide. Ordered them in other colors.

Comfort, style and durability all in this summer espadrille. These can be worn with all summer fashions. I will buy another color when available. Thanks Zappos for the highest service.

These are very cute shoes. I so wished that would have fit me. I took a chance and ordered a 37 as they were out of the 36 and sadly, that did not work out, they were too big. They are very cute and comfortable shoes otherwise. I hope that they come back in my size 36 as I will be purchasing them!

I bought these shoes in black. They arrived right away. As soon as I tried them on, I knew that I had to order the bone-colored version too, which I did. I am usually a size 8½ (I go with a 9 in a pointy-toe pump). The fit is marvelous, and the shoes are extremely comfortable. Believe me, that says a lot coming from me as most shoes are uncomfortable to me (I have bunions and generally stay away from higher heels). I highly recommend these shoes. They are stylish, perfect for summer, and such a joy to walk in. The suede front part is very soft and pliable. The strap keeps the foot in place. The wedge provides a nice heel without making you feel like you are wearing heels.

A lovely shoe. Following the advise of other reviewers, I ordered a size 39 (8-8 1/2), even though I normally wear an 8 1/2-9, because most people were saying the shoe runs a little large. I'm glad I followed their advice--it fits perfectly! Very pretty shoe for the summer & the suede gives it a dressier feel so I can wear it to work.

These are extremely comfortable! I can wear them all day at work and into the evening my feet are not hurting. That has not been easy for me to find in a shoe. The color means they go with almost everything in my spring/summer wardrobe. Almost wish I had them in other colors.

I usually wear a size 8 1/2 and in these I ordered the size 39 and they fit fine. That is the size I usually wear in European sizing. I got them in red and they're a true red- love the color! At the same time, I also ordered a pair of Eric Michael's "Vera" in tan. NO comparison in the comfort level! The David Tates are MUCH more comfortable, maybe because the EM's have a pointy toe. I'm a hairdresser and I think these will shoes I can stand in for 8-10 hours, no problem. Now I just have to wait for spring to come in Indiana!

Perfect! These espadrilles could not have been more comfortable straight out of the box. The only issue is the fact that light suede tends to get soiled easily. But they are possibly the most comfortable wedge heel shoe I have ever owned!

This is a very comfortable shoe. I wear a size 7 and had to return the 7 I purchased for a size 6. Wanted to buy another pair but they sold out in all colors.

So incredibly comfy! I love the neutral color, you can wear them with shorts, skirts... I was hesitant, as I didn't want it to look like my mother's show when I was younger (25 years ago) BUT have had many compliments already...

These shoes are super-comfortable and go with anything. I am finding myself not wanting to wear any other shoes this season!
