Cute shoes. Look good on my feet. However my little toe came out between the straps. Had to send them back.

Words cannot express how much I love these shoes. So comfortable and great looking. I'm very glad they are available in a slender width.

I love these shoes - have just ordered my third pair. They are absolutely true to my Munro size, really beautiful, comfortable and versatile. I wish I had discovered them earlier in the summer. They are dressy enough for my work meetings and look modern - even though they also accommodate my mandatory orthotics. Thank you Zappos!

These shoes are really comfortable. I really like them. I can not wear heels so I wore them to my granddaughter's wedding and received lots of compliments.

I am very pleased with my new sandals. I am not able to buy my shoes locally because of my very narrow but large size. So I have been a Zappos customer for years. These Munro Americans fit so well and last a good long time.

I love these shoes and am back to buy a second pair in black. I bought the khaki. I started to get rubbing on my heel but it was the first two days I wore them. I put a bandaid and no problem.

These sandals looked really cute on my long, slim feet. I love the heel height, and I think that the shoe would be really comfortable if it fit. Unfortunately, the back portion of the shoe curves outward and doesn't hold my heel, which came up out of the shoe each time I took a step. Because of the sandal design, I can't even "stuff" the shoe to make it tighter in back. So sadly, these are going back. I am not sure who this would fit, because the front portion of the shoe was perfect, and I doubt that there are many people out there with slim feet but wide heels. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy.

I love these sandals from the style perspective, so much that I got these in two colors. They go for work, and for going out. The fit was larger than on other Munro sandals that I have, so instead of medium I got narrow, which are currently, after one wear, too tight, but I expect they will stretch, as both leather and elastic stretch in time. The medium were loose, so if they stretched they would have fallen off of my feet.

I w3anted so much to like this sandal; however the leather strip joining the elastic band around my ankle was uncomfortable. It dug into the top of my foot. In addition, the heels slipped when I walked. Beautiful shoe--just the look I wanted. Back they go. In Munro shoes I wear a 11.5N. In all my other shoes I wear 11N. I have many pairs of Munro shoes. They cost more than many other brands; however the quality and support they offer is worth it.

The back of this shoe had a lot of motion and felt loose and insecure, uncomfortable...

Ouch! The vertical part at the back of the heel is rigid and the top digs into my leg with every step. That must be where the steel shank is. It hurt so much I could not wear them for more than a minute. Too bad, because the rest of the shoe was pretty comfortable. By the way, the only way to put them on is by stretching the top elastic band with both hands and pulling the shoe on over the foot. Seems like that would wear out the band before the rest of the shoe - but I will never know because I am sending them back.

Nice style but, as others stated, the little toe comes out between the straps. Had to go back.

The Munro American Zena is a nice looking shoe though does not fit my foot. I wear a size 5½EE in New Balance and Brooks running shoes. The size 5½EE in the Zena is too large. there is 1-1/8" additional space between my toe and the front end of the shoe. When I walk, my foot slides back and forth. I think a size 5EE would fit better, though it is not in stock at Zappos at the time of this writing.

I really wanted to like these sandals, with their gladiator look and the cool snakeskinish materials. But like others have said in reviews, the heel just slips way too much. So they are going back.

I was not happy with these sandals. They are not what I was expecting. The back piece does not fit comfortably on my heel. They do not compare with the quality, comfort and fit I normally get from Munro American.

This is my first (and possibly my last) pair of Munro's. I really wanted to like these, especially since I read other reviews and wanted to take them along on a trip to Italy to wear for a slightly dressier look with skirts for our evening dinners out. When I tried them on at home, I noticed what many other reviewers said about the straps being misplaced such that the baby toe popped out but I thought it wouldn't bother me very much, so I kept them and put them in my suitcase. Well, the whole toe sticking out thing did bug me big time. Besides being uncomfortable, it looks really goofy. In addition, all those elastic straps that I thought would enhance my comfort level after a long day of touring and walking in Italy's heat instead did the opposite. My feet swelled around the straps and they just made me look frumpy and swollen. On the plus side, I got no blisters or rubbing. But at the end of the day, I wish I had returned them and brought a pair of nice sandals with small heels to have a more polished look. Even some of my dressier flats would have looked 100% better. I kind of feel like I wasted the money and am annoyed with myself. In this case, I think the picture is more attractive than the shoe turns out to be.

This shoe is weirdly long. I wear a size 10 or 10-1/2, never a 9-1/2, but even the size 10 was a solid 5/8" too long. AND I always have to wear a narrow. I've bought many pairs of Munro shoes, but they have started being excessively narrow through the ball of the foot. This pair has that problem, too. (So I'm not going to try a size 9-1/2...)

What is happening to the Munro brand? It was my only source for well fitting, well made and attractive shoes in a difficult to find size (5-1/2 WW) and I've worn them almost exclusively for years. But of the last 5-6 pairs I've ordered, all have been returned. Zena is the latest to go back. Way too long for me, way too flimsy. And all three from my latest order, Zena, Petra and Fran no longer seem up to Munro's former quality. The soles feel thin, the tops of Zena and Petra look thin and more like plastic than leather. I actually couldn't get my foot into the left Fran shoe - making me feel a little like one of Cindeella's mean sisters! Is anyone else seeing this negative change to Munro's former quality level?

I did not even bother to try these on - they looked cheap, plastic, and ugly. I am not opposed to paying a lot for a pair of shoes, but if I do, they cannot look like this.
