These shoes run 1/2 size larger when ordering wide width. The comfort and wonderful grip from these shoes made me hurry to order 1/2 size smaller. My shoes are perfect and looks very nice on my feet. I wear them to an elegant affair and then to work. You won't be disappointed.

Love these shoes! I have very wide feet and bunions, so finding shoes that fit, are comfortable enough to walk in all day, and dressy enough is a big challenge. I was hesitant to spend so much money on one pair, but knew that Zappos had great customer service and would take them back if they didn't fit well. These fit great and we're super comfortable right out of the box. If they are holding up well after 2-3 more months, I will be getting them in another color or two!

Comfortable shoe that has generous spacing across the bunion area. I anticipate a short break-in period if anything at all. Chunky style with a not so chunky look! This is a versatile shoe.

Great work pump for those with VERY WIDE feet! Super comfortable the whole day through. Because of my wide feet, I have trouble finding appropriate professional work shoes. Although this pump is chunkier than narrower career options, it still looks good enough with skirts and pants. Wish this style came in colors other than only black.

A great shoe for my foot! I have been looking for a replacement low black heel or flat for awhile. This shoe has arch support, comfort in the edge around the heel and toe area, padding in the sole and no toe cleavage or heel slippage. I like shoes to have a lot of arch support, and while this shoe is good, for me, an excellent arch support would have more height. But, I can still walk all day in these shoes and not have sore feet! Unfortunately, I own many pairs of shoes that do not make my feet as happy as they are in these shoes.

This is my second pair of Aravon Patsy shoes. They are true to fit and very comfortable. I don't like the hard Aravon insole, so I remove it and replace it with a New Balance pressure relief insole with a great arch. I have a heel spur and this makes a huge difference for me.

Shoe is a whole size larger and the heel slips as you walk. I have had to trade for 2 sizes now. Hopefully going down another 1/2 size will do the trick. They seem comfortable for the little that I've worn them around the house.

This shoe feels like a slipper it is so comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to return it and ordered another. Reason: It was USED. There were scuff marks all over the heel area as if someone were driving a car with a clutch because it was on both shoes.

The most comfortable pumps I've ever had. The shoes run wide which is perfect for me. Because I have a narrow heel, I did need to get a small insert as usual for the back of the shoe. That's normal for me. What isn't normal is putting on a pump that I don't want to take off. Wonderful!!!

Agree with other reviewers that the shoe feels larger than marked. The width is a true EE, which can be expected from Aravon. The shoe is very heavy, so it seems a tight fit would be crucial to keeping the shoe in place. Like all Aravons, the quality and look of the shoe is great.

That she was extremely comfortable. I am starting to develop issues with my left big toe where every pair of shoes I tried on was killing my big toe. It’s probably the start of a bunion but it’s also higher up right under where the nailbed is the knuckle is getting very swollen and the shoes out of the 10 pairs that I ordered this shoe did not hurt at all. I’m going to be wearing it for a wedding coming up so excited to see how old the field at the end of the night. I did learn through all of this that I had to go to a wide shoe I am normally a 7 1/2 medium but in the wide went down to a seven in this fits like a glove so if you were having feet problems and want something semi-stylish I would definitely give this a try the trick is finding the size that works for you. I did want to get a pair of pumps but so far even in the wide size every pair I tried on rubbed across that part of the total so I will be in search for a pair that doesn’t hit that toe I did learn through all of this that I had to go to a wide shoe I am normally a 7 1/2 medium but in the wide went down to a seven in this fits like a glove so if you were having feet problems and want something semi-stylish I would definitely give us a try the trick is finding the size that works for you. So comfy, and well sized. Very lightweight.

Beautiful shoes, wearable right away. These are a classic style that will go with anything. I usually have difficulty finding a good fit but these feel like they are made for my feet. Highly recommend.

I finally found a dressy pair of shoes that is actually comfortable and forgiving to my bunions! By going with the double wides, I found I had to go down a half-size. I am happy with them.

Love these shoes. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn -- they snuggle up around your foot and provide great support and comfy cushioning at the same time.

Patsy is a very stable shoe. The snake print leather is very stylish. The shoe is a bit heavy but again stable support for weak pronation problems. I could have best used a size 12 1/2 but it's not manufactured. Size 12 felt a bit too short. The padding is wonderful. The shoe rim is helpful in conforming to the foot movement. Overall a well made shoe.

Loved them except I have a narrow heel and even though I ordered Narrow, they were still too wide at the heel. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

These shoes have a retro look which appealed to me. They remind me of the shoes my mother wore when I was a kid. They are stylish enough for fairly formal occasions and are very comfortable for normal walking. I took them on a business trip where I did a lot of walking and by the end of the day my feet hurt, but that would be true of most of my shoes. I recommend them highly.

A little more ‘substantial’ look and weight than I’d thought these would be. Still, they’re not plain-Jane and are well-made with attractive detailing. They do gap about 1/4” at my heel, but the half-size smaller wasn’t available for me. Even so, I’d be afraid the toe box and arch of the shoe wouldn’t align right if I got the smaller size. (This is to say I think the extra length is all in the rear part of the shoe.) I was very happy to get these at a greatly reduced price...works for me!

I have short feet with a wide forefoot and a high arch. I usually wear a size 6.5 - 7 in either a W or a WW, depending on the shoe. I ordered the Patsy in a 6.5 WW and it was sliding around on my feet. The shoe is well cushioned and, while not the height of fashion, certainly a decent black pump for folks who struggle with shoe comfort. I wish it had fit.

These are nice shoes that seem to be true to size. Have not worn them yet so cannot comment on construction.
