I found these shoes to be much less comfortable than a prior pair of Clarks sandals that I owned. The older shoes had so much arch support out of the box that I could wear them despite normally needing orthotics. These did not. Also, I normally wear 7.5, but after a couple of days of wearing these (and of growing pain), I realized that these are really too tight in the toe despite seeming correct in length. On top of it all, they are much slicker than I can deal with on wet pavement, and with the large opening, they are generally kind of hard to keep on my feet.

This shoe has a much wider look to the toe base than appears in the photo and is being returned because of that. The shoe neither feels nor looks like a AA. Quality of the shoe is good.

These shoes are comfortable and stylish but they run a bit large. I always wear 8N in Clarks. I had to return that for 7½N.

These shoes are really good for everyday -- very comfortable. Recently, I bought shoes that were not Clarks and they were a disaster -- big blister. So now my philosophy is: once you find a brand of shoes that fit well -- stick with them.

I have been a loyal fan of Clarks for a very long time...until I found out the shoes didn't fit well (sort of all of the sudden). Thanks to Zappos I have been able to try new styles. And for a long time I have found Clarks to fit poorly...until now. These shoes are stylish and so comfortable they feel like house slippers, and look so good. Finally, after many years of waiting for Clarks to get back to right, I feel they finally have. A special added note, the interior lining of these shoes allows me to feel comfortable wearing these shoes without socks, which is something I rarely do. If they made more colors, and offered a AA (in 10), I'd buy one of each!

I wore these right out of the box all day with no problems! They were true to size and some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Cute contrast stitching too.

I love these shoes. I have a pair of brown ones and wanted a black pair. They are great to wear with slacks, skirt or jeans. They are comfy with the first wearing. I have a very narrow foot but need room in the toe area. They fit great. I ordered a 10 med. They are very stylish.

These are the most comfortable flats I own. I have bunions so getting a good fit and a wide toe box is so important to me. These shoes are so comfy that I could walk in them all day! I only wish they had some fun colors such as red or blue. I'd order one of each!

I have these shoes in black and brown. LOVE them! They are SO comfortable. I did order a half size smaller. I wear with my jeans and leggings. Could wear with a casual pant. I saw they come in navy, so I will be ordering a third pair. You can't go wrong with these shoes. A great shoe! Thank you Clarks

I normally order a wide width if its available for a dress shoe for the comfort. These are comfortable shoes but after I wore them a few times they have stretched and are sloppy on my feet.

Happy feet! I have bunions and flat feet. I need a wide width due to the bunions and a shoe with some arch. This design is perfect. They are very comfortable. I find that Clarks run large. My usual size is 8W and the 7.5W fit. 8W is returned.

Cute and so very comfortable. Navy color works with dress slack and blue jeans as well. True to size and very good arch support (and I have a high instep from years of classical dancing!). Toebox space is ample and heel fits comfortably - not too snug nor too large.

Love these cute little shoes. They offer support and style! I have them in black and brown. Such a nice addition to my casual wardrobe.

Beautiful flat shoe! I bought this shoe for my daughter and she loves it--perfect for the polished look at school, but casual enough to look cool!

Very comfortable. The slightly wider toe box is perfect if you find your toes squeezed in other shoes or have bunion problems. I ordered a half size larger than I normally do and they fit well. They look good with leggings.

I have an unusually wide and short foot. My feet are not only wide horizontally but vertically. Someone said they are "Cube Feet." At any rate, it is difficult to find comfortable shoes that fit and are somewhat fashionable. These qualify on most counts. Across the top they cut into my foot a bit but not too badly. I am hoping that stretches out. Other than that these are great. Another happy Clarks purchase!

I bought this shoe for my 9 year old daughter to wear to school. She has narrow feet so I ordered a narrow size. The shoe fits well. Even stays on while she runs around the playground. She has been wearing it almost every day for two months and it still looks great. It is holding up well. She says it is very comfortable.

This shoe would be perfect if it wasn't a bit too short. The insole is very soft and padded and the heel is soft. I'm a true size 11 and never had an issue or had to order any other size but in this shoe my toes are already crammed at the end. (Born brand also tend to be short.)

Once again, Clarks goes to the trouble of making a 12AA shoe, but insists on making it wider than it should be. Just because a foot is long doesn't mean it is wide. I used to be able to wear Clarks, but all their 12AA slip off my foot.

Ordered a narrow (N). If these were narrow, I'd hate to see how wide a regular width is!! It's a shame that they didn't fit, as they were attractive shoes and I really liked the style. I miss the days of when shoe manufacturers totally knew what a size Narrow meant. Munro shoes are pretty good at getting a Narrow size shoe fit right, but they don't make styles very often that I like. Most of their shoes are "clunky" looking...

Mine was really defective. The cute little grommet on the left side cut into my even cuter little toe. By the time I got home, I had no skin on my toe (and I only wore it half the day). My last pair of Clarks flats were AMAZING, but this feels like they didn't leave enough room for the height of the toes with the grommet and decoration.
