Ordered a 9W for 4E feet. Opened the box and looked at the shoe and immediately could tell it was going to be too narrow. Very small space in the toe box; not much volume up there. Wide just isn't... wide - looked like a standard to a narrow.

One slipper fell apart after 11 days of wear (2 hours a day). Purchased to replace worn out Old Friend slippers which are no longer available in my size.

Bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas and within 2 days all the stictching on both slippers starting coming undone. 1 star because they are nice looking and comfy otherwise it would be zero star. I contacted customer service via chat and spoke to Ulysses and he is crediting my account. Customer service is great for DXL
