Warm. Good quality. If you don't mind big floppy boots, they're great.

So at first I was very skeptical with even buying a pair of Sorels. My girlfriend convinced me to give it a try and said I wouldn't be disappointed, she has 2 pairs. So I decided to give it a try since my last snow boots were somehow getting wet inside leaving my feet wet. So my Sorels arrived looking pretty big but surprisingly super light weight. I wore them a few times already and they are really warm, really good snow boots. They have kept my feet dry and warm and are extremely comfortable. What I also like is you can remove the inner liner socks to wash them if needed and also you can buy replacements if you need to. The only downsides to these boots for me were I definitely had to take them off while in my office cause it can get very hot causing my feet to sweat so I just wear my sneakers in the office and switch out to my Sorels on snowy days. The last thing is the boots do mark up and scuff a little easier than other pairs. But overall these boots are very good and do the job they are supposed to.

I got these because I now live in Iowa and need something for casual wet snow storms and temperatures ranging from 10F - 40F in the winter. These boots are not those large clunky ones. My feet have stayed warm in them so far and not gotten all wet and sweaty. Size is true to what you normally wear. I suggest getting better insoles for these cuz the ones that come with it are soft and plush but don’t offer much support on cement.

This boot was true to size but felt heavy on my feet.

I liked the quality on these, and the felt liner seems thick and very nice, but be aware that if you have high arches, you may have trouble getting them on. In my case, I couldn’t even get my foot all the way down into the shoe - the tongue of the boot is sewn without a lot of flex room at the bottom. A completely sewn-in tongue is great for water resistance, but I couldn’t get the “entrance/turn” at the heel wide enough to fit my foot through (even if the toe box would probably been wide enough once on). I will be returning.

Quite disappointed with the construction of these boots. Nothing like the 25 year old Sorel Caribou boots I replaced. Much lighter duty and the sizes run small compared to the older ones.

Okay boot. Size runs small and toe box is narrow. The boots weight is nice and so is the material. The lace hooks could go up higher to cut down on snow coming in tongue of boot on top.

These boots were purchased to replace a previous Cerelle boots that I have enjoyed. The requirement that I waive my privacy rights to submit this review prevents me from saying anything further.

You might want to coordinate with your returns department. I'm sure I will like them once I receive a pair that fits.

Today I have tryed -12 first time and the test went not very well. Also when you drive car with them it might get deformation like my pair of these.

Ordered a half size larger, but still felt too small- definitely couldn't wear a second pair of socks. Also the liner was pretty thin, not enough there too keep you warm outside ice fishing or otherwise.

Way too much room in the boot. No support. Probably 1.5x bigger than described.

I really liked the way these boots and was looking forward to getting them. But the fit was terrible. I had a very difficult time just getting my foot into the boot. I have a high instep which isn't usually a problem, but it was for this boot. My calf is on the larger size and could barely fit in. This boot is for people who have thin legs and low instep heels. I wish they fit... they're cool looking for sure.

Way too small to wear my normal size with wool socks. I buy men's shoes because D width is standard. I usually buy size 7. This boot was not wide enough and the instep was way too low. I tried on the Youth size 7 to compare. It was also snug, but it didn't cram the top of my foot like these. Definitely size up if you have a high instep.

Sorel used to be the gold standard for winter boots. Now they're just living off that reputation. These boots are very cheaply made in every aspect and won't last long. The "waterproofing" on the uppers is a tissue paper thin membrane that will crack and leak almost immediately. The leather reinforcements are merely plastic. The miners are much thinner than they used to be. You can do better than these boots, especially at this price point.

I've always trusted Sorels as my go to winter boot for snow blowing, ice fishing, snowmobiling. I had a pair that lasted me about 20 years before the rubber final gave out on the seem. I bought this boot at the end of last season so I didn't get to use them until this winter. The verdict is in, the soles are too thin. The quality of the materials and waterproofness is great except for the soles. You feel every pebble walking and your feet get cold. I had on thick hunting socks and even around the bonfire in 25 degree weather I couldn't feel my toes. Also they have terrible traction in the snow. If they fix the sole it will be a fine boot, but for now I'd pass.

Too tight - narrow need a wide or American size boot. I've worn original classic sorel for years and this one is little different in size and look.

I purchased these for a hunting trip in Wisconsin. I was very disappointed that they didn't keep my feet warm, even wearing wool socks. Not a fan. Purchased per friend recommendation.

Overall, I love Sorel products. I have several pairs in various styles. I bought my husband these boots two winters ago and the rubber near the toe has cracked. We live in Northern Minnesota, so yes, we wear our boots a lot but I would expect these to last more than two winters. For warmth and comfort they are wonderful, I'm just disappointed they didn't hold up.

These boots seem to be very high quality. I bought them because they are insulated and waterproof. However, they are extremely tight on the top of my feet and there is no way to loosen that area. I have plenty of room for my toes but since it was so tight on the top of my feet it was extremely uncomfortable. There’s no way I could walk around with these or wear heavy socks. I will have to return them. Other than the way they fit they seem like a great boot. They seem like they would be very warm and waterproof. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out for me.

I returned them because they had virtually no support and didn't feel confident that they would be good for walking in snow/ ice during the winter. They seem more geared towards style than function.

These are beautiful boots - they are huge in person being snow boots, and sizing up half a size made it perfect fitting for me although not sure it was necessary. However, they were IMPOSSIBLE to walk in. The back of the boot is so stiff every time I took a step it was hitting my calf in the most uncomfortable way. Don't buy.
