This is a great classic gold-tone purse for formal occasions. Nothing flakes off it. It's large enough for the basics - phone, keys, lipstick, personal items. The chain strap is not removable, but you can tuck it inside (or maybe cut it off with wire cutters). The only thing I dislike is the lining which is really, really pink. I don't know why the designers didn't choose with a neutral color instead. Interestingly, I ordered this purse and a similar purse by Jessica McClintock and the two appear to be exactly the same form and build with different outside coverings.

Beautiful accessory. It fit most of my things, though with my Iphone 8 Plus, I wasn't able to completely close the bag. I carried it all night (the chain was tucked inside) and it was very comfortable and easy to manage. It's well made an I got more than a few compliments!

Love this little bag to use with black or silver shoes and accessories, and all of my necessities fit inside.

I bought this for my daughter for prom. The color of the purse was perfect in matching her dress, and it served its purpose well. It is much longer than we thought it was going to be, so it was a bit bulky for her needs. However, it is well made, and we would recommend it.
