The boots look great! However, while all of my boots are size 9, these seem to have an unusually tight fit. I am going to have to obtain a 9 1/2" for a proper fit.

I followed Lucchese recommendation and ordered a half size smaller than I typically wear, and this was perfect. Very comfortable boot, nice clean look.

This is the third pair of Luchesse boots I have bought on Zappos. They are awesome. True to size and attractive while also functional.

I suppose I thought I'd grown too old to wear boots. I could not have been more wrong! These were a perfect fit from the moment I put them on, and the best footwear I own for my feet. My arch problems, even aches and pains from fractures... don't bother me in these boots. They feel amazing, look great on me in jeans (my girlfriend's opinion) and are incredibly well made. My second pair of Lucchese Boots. Won't be my last. Thanks, Zappos.

My first pair of western boots. Concerned about width - I usually take 9 1/2 EEE, ordered 9 1/2 EE and they fit great. Just a bit hard on/off but after only a few wearings getting easier. Can't compare to Justins or others that were cheaper - I feel you usually get what you pay for - these look, feel great.

Excellent boots. I tried *a lot* of different roper-style boots, mostly Fryes, before settling on these. These are a level above Fryes for quality. Fairly stiff leather, but it loosens up nicely in time.

This was my first pair of Lucchese boots and decided to go with the roper style. The color is great with jeans instead of darker colors that I usually purchase. I also like the lower heel for the mid-west. The "cowboy" heel is just a bit hard on the foot when all you walk on is cement. I also did order a pair of leather Lucchese boots at the same time but found the goatskin to have a bit more room and require no break-in. They are comfortable right out of the box and feel great. The toe is not so pointed and look like a nice pair of Italian style boots. You can order your typical shoe size without having to go larger as with a more pointed toe.The scent of the leather is especially outstanding. It has that "flavor" just like a new pair of boots should.
